Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June 2013. Location was good. Nearest metro station was a few metres away. Close to Raffles Hotel and a few shopping centres. Walked to all the main attractions - Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, Singapore Flyer and Orchard Road. Its a bit of a walk but easily possible for those fit and...

We booked one night at this hotel, as part of a Singapore Stopover Holiday promotion with Singapore Airlines, for the very reasonable price of $78 (AUD) for two of us. This price also included transfers and entry to a myriad of attractions (time permitting). Having stayed here previously, we knew it was of a good standard and very convenient to...

Our company often books here mainly because of the location. The Bras Basah line takes you directly to the Esplanade (where most conferences / conventions are held), also just a leisurely walk away, if you're feeling up to it. If you're not attending any workshops or seminars, there are a lot of things to do and see in the area...

Last stayed here 11 months ago and loved it! Now seems to be under new management that is trading on this Hotel's reputation. Sadly neglected rooms, see photos, poor breakfast, and don't care attitude. At > US$170 per night allowing for "free" breakfast it was poor value. Having said that, Singapore seems to have become a lot more expensive lately

I was in Singapore on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. I liked this hotel, it is quite new. Its main advantage is location, only one minute to the underground, a big market nearby and 15-20 min walk to Clarke Quay. The staff are very kind people always ready to help. The hotel is clean (except for outer...

Location is quite good, near smrt, walking distance to shopping areas. Room is small but enough for two asians, clean. The sink in the bathroom is designed to give you "instant shower" especially if you open the faucet quickly. There is no bidet but you can use the shower at the bathtub anytime. The bathtub is also positioned high so...

It was a family holiday with family... Hotel room was more than satisfied but for customer service and its staff service required more training. Dealing with the front desk wasn't the best experience for the entire stay. Great and strategic location which is a few steps away from the nearest MRT and other public transport.

The location of this hotel is good, just outside SMRT station. It suite me as I'm having training in SG. I would say this the hotel is slightly below average. Day 1: Realize the water in the bath room was stuck and can't be clear due to the design, when I go to bath room, my leg will be cooled...

The location of Hotel Royal at Queens is perfect! MRT and bus stations are very near so it was not difficult to get around. The staff were friendly and courteous. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and well-appointed, except that it did not have a bidet. When we go back to Singapore, we'll choose to...

The last time we stayed in this hotel was back in 2007. Now, six years on, it's still pretty good -- I suppose it's a testament to how well management has maintained the place. LOCATION - Very good. Bras Basah terminal is just at the end of the street (around 30 meters from the hotel entrance), and City Hall terminal...
