Great room designs with Kiehls toiletries ammenities, Include free wifi and complimentary minibar items. The hotel pool is too small for liking, but the location is easily accessible to MRT. Staff are friendly and helpful.

While not quite a fit for a business hotel, it's a wonderful location for exploring Chinatown and its environs and is a visual treat. The rooms are functional and artistic and if I'd stayed here longer I would have enjoyed the patio area off the room, the gym, and the pool. Did not get to enjoy it's apparently well known...

Pretty nice little hôtel, good for those who don't want to be lost in a huge unpersonnal hotel with hundreds or rooms. Lobby design is cool and arty, everything made by designers. Room was nice and quiet, very clean. We had a normal bathroom inside the room AND a tub oustide the room on the small terrasse. Only thing I...

This is a hotel with a difference. It would be described as "boutique" in Europe. It has been tastefully restored in its original format with the individual touches setiing apart from the modern glass edifices in this city. Chinatown is the original city and all around are streets of restored buildings creating a nice atmosphere and safe area. The only...

This hotel is very well situated, nearby is the whole Chinese city renovated area with nice restaurants. The hotel itself is small which is a nice change from the big hotels and renovated with taste. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Some of the rooms open towards the street which is not a really busy street, but still quite...

Staff nice and try to help where they can. But rooms are really not worth the money or the SPG group standard. First room was I think standard room but with outside tub. Nice idea but still overall a disaster for me honestly. Small corner to work in what totally useless because curtain is blocking it. Windows and door that...

Beautiful boutique design hotel, clean & comfortable. The bathtub was directly behind my bed which made it look really cook. The location is great. Front Desk Staff were helpful and friendly. Hard to get carpark during peak hours

We stayed here for just one nigh (thank God) The design of the rooms is weird - some kind of a theme in every room. Ours had cactuses on the ceiling ( which looked kind of creepy) Very small room ( pool room) and the open bathroom and toilet (with just the frosted glass) offered no privacy. No breakfast. Kiehl...

As the title of my review suggests I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall we had a nice stay but I feel there are a couple of fundamental things the hotel is lacking which stop me from giving a higher score. First the good: excellent location - close to MRT and shops/restaurants of Chinatown. Design - the overall look...
