Only 15 mins taxi from airport next to parkland, water park, sea and shopping mall with many restaurants, it was a good location with comfortable rooms. BUT for travellers like us needing a stopover to Europe and an early night's sleep it was very noisy. The hotel provides BBQ facilities - available until 11pm - just outside the single glazed windows. Many guests use them for parties - loud music and loud voices which ear plugs were unable to prevent - thus getting to sleep was impossible. Finally in desperation we complained and were given a room change. However if the hotel had been fuller we would not have been able to move. Pays to ask if you want an early night's sleep.

Wonderful stay. Room is clean. Bbq pit is windy too. Great place for a short staycation. Walking distance to shopping mall. Ntuc is also in the mall. Lots of food and restaurants to choose from. however, closed too early. Should extend the Ntuc FairPrice hours.

I booked 4 rooms on September 2022 during the school holiday. Even though it is just a staycation for my siblings and families for 3 days and 2 nights but we had fun and satisfaction. Fast check-in. The staff are very polite and friendly. No hassle. All questions were answered professionally. Room was clean. Overall stay was fantastic and enjoyable.

All look cleaning and Good , No noise .Bed also very nice to sleep. Free ticket everyday can go wild wild west ,nice to play .Em...For Dining places are a bit expensive and no more choice . Shuttle bus wait too long time .

Booking comes w wild wild wet tics makes it worthwhile. This stay was a little disappointing - house keeping was skipped as we requested towels earlier. Facilities are beginning to show wear and tear.

We found this hotel was a very reasonable price for the size and quality of the rooms. It was a good location to access the eastern side of Singapore and had a shopping mall and dining options only a short walk away. Booked the room for daughter’s birthday. Initially we booked a family room and wanted to have a bbq but upon enquiring, realised that it is not possible and we wrote in to change to a beach cove room. Check in was easy. We were serve by Shah who is very helpful and even after booking and paying for the pit and then realised it was a distance from our room, Shah was helpful and eventually helped us cancelled the pit. Unfortunately the room is a bit dated (photos taken looks better than real). The room smelled weird when we came in. The floor is also very sticky and dirty. Only bath towels (no hand towels), a bar of hand soap was given. Not even a box of tissue was found in room. There was a kettle and some coffee sticks. But tbh a room at this price with nothing given (no complimentary carpark either) is quite expensive. The place is also a distance from downtown east. There is no direct link to walk over. Need to pay for WWW tickets which is quite exp even aft guest discount so please use NTUC membership for slightly better rates. Most likely will not be coming back for beach cove rooms.…

This place is a huge disappointment. Asked for 4 singles. Booked over 6 months ago and got told we had 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 teen-age sons. The room smelled of drains. Very noisy Aircon. The shower was broken. It was the most souless room I've ever stayed in. Big patio but no furniture to sit on. Tiny on-site shop. Restaurant was closed. We didn't use the water park as we booked out the next day to fly home and there were no towels to hire (not the hotels fault) Huge but featureless reception area. The whole place looked unloved and lacked any character whatsoever! Had the feeling of a UK holiday camp from 80's. The only plus was the bed was quite comfortable.

We made a booking for a twin or double room and did make a request for baby cot. We checked in right at checkin time (3pm) and there was no baby cot available and they had given us 2 twin beds. There is no safe option for sleep for my toddler and we were ready to go home. It is very disappointing and I have never encountered this problem of no cots before. The staff was helpful enough. Resort is airy and spacious and basic amenities.

There are plenty of activities to do at Downtown East, which is located by the resort. From watching movies, playing in water park to prawning. Food options are plenty too. Our Rainforest room is clean and everything was working good. There were complimentary toiletries and hot beverages Service was wonderful and there were always staff around to help. Everyone was helpful from the janitors, chamber personnels, security and front desk services. Even before my trip i had gotten prompt services from the resort regards to my services via teleconvo and email. I love the ambience and definitely look forward to going again
