our party consisted of three adults. We had a deluxe room with a huge king sized bed and a single. Rooms are small but all hotels are like this in Little India. The staff were friendly and helpful and they serve a basic but good breakfast of cereal, toast, noodles, fruit, tea and coffee. They provide a TV and fridge...

We booked well ahead here and arrived late at night. We were shown to a room that looked like a cave with a raised platform for sleeping with mattresses on it and a tiny old bathroom. As it was late we waited until morning to address this. After some negotiation we were given a far superior room albeit a bit...

This is nice hotel in a vivid and beautiful part of Singapore. The area is packed with bars and restaurants. The hotel is in an old building so it has it´s own character. The service was friendly. I wouls come again.

Great location in vibrant and colourful Little India...surrounded by restaurants cafes and markets. The hotel is somewhat basic and ok for a short stay...nice shutters but no view beyond the facing brick wall. Staff not particularly friendly but not rude. Breakfast was adequate. Room small and in need of updating...but nice wooden floors. We felt that they were merely providing what...

Spend 2 nights there with my family and we were happy with our treat. Got two "adjoining" rooms. Did not choose cause of it's location but only looked at price and value. However note that the Breakfast is only bear minimum and rooms are small. Also there neighborhood is lively in the evenings. The MRT stops nearby in Little India...

When I told our cab driver where we wanted to go he growled "cheap hotel." As a description of the price, that was accurate given Singapore prices, but the quality of the hotel was quite good. The rooms were comfortable, although not especially large, they were very clean and the bed was good. The room had an easy to use...

A good quality budget hotel advertising itself as boutique style. Place is clean, tidy and well maintained; staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate. We had a ground floor room which was a bit dim and had a bit of noise from the alley right outside the small window. Being in Little India the area can be...

Good cheap hotel without too many bells and whistles. The rooms are relatively small but did the trick, as we didn't spend all that much time in our hotel. Cleanliness is so-so (mildewy bathroom, stains on the sheets) but adequate. The complimentary breakfast was a welcome addition, but nothing speacial. On the plus side, the service was excellent, especially Alvin...

I was there for 5 nights on a business trip this October. I found the service, stuffs and rooms very clean and nice. The rooms are smaller though and what do you expect with the money you are paying for! The location is the one you want to be in. I recommend it highly!

The hotel is well located but the neighbourhood is very noisy (indian music until 0300 in the night). ). Also a lot of noise from within the hotel, I think the walls are made of cardboard.

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
