i have stayed 2 nights in Singapore York Hotel. I had an amazing experience. rooms were quite big, neat and clean. facilities were fantastic. metro access is just 15 mins walk. cab booking is just 5 mins to reach. staff is friendly and hepfull. accomodating our luggage for early checkin and late checkout process is amazing and very professional. all in all, York Hotel is amazing place to stay.

York Hotel has been our favorite place to stay in Singapore. Not only the location is great, but the staff are so helpful and kind. Especially there is a special lady, Miss Faizah, from the Sales Department. She has been so so so kind and thoughtful in accommodating us and our needs. Her exemplary hospitality and helpfulness is what sets the standard of excellent ourstanding service and made York Hotel so personal and a home to us. Great hotel, very well located (very close to the city's shopping district, yet in a calm side street) and with great customer service and facilities! The room where I stayed was wide and clean, with all the necessary equipment and accessories. The shower provided a great and relaxing water pressure. One thing to improve is that the bath box allowed too much water to spill out, wetting the floor. Great overall experience, providing value for money! Thank you!

Staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast buffet had a great variety. The location was very close to Orchard Road and the pool was a lovely temperature and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Need to update the room. The rooms had bugs and the lights flicked on and off. The bug experience would be something expected in a third world country, not in Singapore. The room size was very good and accommodated the family, but the room and external areas need to be updated to a more modern experience..

i would like to commend your staff whom i forgot her name. she was a female Filipina and she's on duty last september 16, 2023 and she went out at 4:30 pm. i was in a bit of a pickle because i had something to be delivered to me and i have no cash and she with whole heartedly lended me the 6 dollars i asked to borrow. Also before me, she was assisting somebody who is an a situation also who needed her help, she is also an foreigner who lost her wallet going to sgd and has no card or anything if i get my recall right, she needs to call international and she has to put coins to be able to, since she had nothing, she delightedly did it for the guest and helped her. she is from valenzuela here in the Philippines if im not mistaken. her dedication to serve us guest is beyond, you should value her. :)…

Our room was clean and the hotel staff was pleasant and kind. But Singapore is hot and our room never got cool enough for us. We had people out to check the Air Conditioning 3 times. We could not get the temperature below 24C which just was not cool enough with the humidity. They did bring us a standing fan which helped a lot. Shower: We had to leap over a 2.5 foot ledge to get into the shower/bath combo. We are not young so every shower (and we took many) felt like we were risking our lives, j/k. My husband did slip once but he caught himself. Room service was fast, good and cheap. Nice feature when you are jet lagged. Good location. Our room was right by the pool which is why we did not insist on changing rooms, nor was another room offered. We were told in no uncertain terms that our AirCon was functional. Would I stay there again? Maybe. I would first ask about the AC and whether it could be set lower. The pool was lovely and an oasis in the City.…

Fantastic location, so close to Orchard Road and shopping. Lovely size room and great facilities. Staff lovely and attentive. Good variety buffet breakfast. Ours was a short stay but it made a lasting impression and we will be back.
