Great location near little India that a shopping mall right across very convenient for everything and close to public transportation . Staff are very friendly and helpful Only thing I can say is I wish the air con can be lower then 20c hahaha
Jatin( duty manager ) and his team took great care of me during my stay in the hotel. As i was serving my SHN, they ensure all my needs such as my comfortness, the duration of sending of three meals and even details like portion were all taken care of. Their awesome and professional service made me feel at home which i am totally grateful for. I would definitely show my support to them again by patronising them. Kudos to Jatin and their team!!
We stayed here for 1 night in November as we travelled from the uk to New Zealand. The room was spacious, with a really big comfy bed, and everything was incredibly clean. We arrived early and were offered early check in for a large fee which we declined. They did have a bag store, however the door was left open most of the day and other guest were freely walking in and out to collect items of luggage, so didn’t feel massively secure. In terms of service, we got room service for dinner, food was average and items were missing, when we queried we were told to just ring and order the missing items again. I’m vegetarian and ordered vegetable noodles (this was indicated on the menu as the vegetarian option) - it was so expensive and when I came to eat it it was full of meat. There’s no bar in the hotel, so no where to go and get a drink, we ordered some from room service, a bottle of beer arrived but with no bottle opener, we also ordered some water and were informed that they didn’t have any?! Service and facilities need some improvement but room was a nice place to stay for the night.…
Staff locks warmth and hospitality. Food is unduly expensive. Rooms are well appointed but tea station is verrry basic and miserly provided. Only 2-3 packs of English breakfast tea and simple Nescafé pouches. We didn’t dine in-house though as we had a tight tour.
We were quite disappointed initially as we had booked Dorsett hotel. But our few days stay in PARKROYAL had been very positive. The hotel is in a very convenient location for the mall which is just opposite the hotel. Within 3 minutes walk. The MRT is at the basement of the mall. Lots of other coffee shops are just walking distance. We had an early check in and the hotel room was clean and spacious. We also had a late checkout and could leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight was not till after midnight. A lovely lady called Candy (Candie?) gave us a guest key so we could shower and freshen up if we needed to later in the day. Such a lovely gesture. Thank you. Just before we were finally leaving for the airport I suddenly remembered leaving some items in the fridge in our room. We could not believe that we managed to get the items back. Thanks ever so much to the front desk staff and housekeeping staff. A huge big THANK YOU to Cynthia Ong who coordinated the retrieval of our 'lost' items. You know what the items were..... haha... We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will be visiting Singapore. A memorable end to our holidays indeed. And we will come back to stay too.…
First of all it was first time for me to visit this hotel and might say I'm positively surprised with staff to begin with, smile, happy and friendly some of words I would like to highlight. I used executive lounge where I found quality of service excellent as well friendly staff Sifa and Vita who made my stay super pleasant and I have enjoyed in their company with their Can do attitude
The property is just in front of a mall and behind it, Mustafa. It is also near train stations so it's highly accessible. I love the hospitality of all the staff members. Shoutout to Justin at the front desk who ensured our stay was a pleasant one from start to finish (I stayed there for 8 days). The hotel room was clean, it has the fluffiest pillows, and the wifi is strong. I also appreciate the filtered tap water available in every room. I also love the smart TV where I can screen-mirror my phone to play Netflix. Overall it was a wonderful stay at Parkroyal on Kitchener and I highly recommend you stay there, too.
What a lovely stay! Check-in was fast and efficient thanks to Miss Serene:) room was pretty clean and spacious. Breakfast at spice was decent with a wide selections of food. All in all, staff were all very friendly and the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Little India. Definitely will be back! :)
Anyone planning to visit Mustafa centre, this hotel is quite ok. Otherwise this hotel is not a good choice for stay. Provide only basic toiletries. No drinking water bottles supplied. Instead, drinking water faucet installed nearby wash basin. Conversation from adjacent room are clearly audible. You have to walk a long way for nearest MRT station Farrer park. City Square Mall is adjacent to the hotel where guest can take lunch and dinner.
Rooms have a faucet that dispenses filtered drinking water minimizing the need for bottled water. Each floor also has an ice dispenser. I give this hotel high marks for sustainability. The hotel is close to malls and shopping areas (one of which is open 24 hours), several good restaurants (try Hillmans), and the MRT station. The breakfast buffet is excellent, although not exceptional. The hotel staff is friendly. The cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning the room and replacing used supplies, except for the area underneath the bed, which was very dusty.
