As a Hilton Diamond member, this was my most enjoyable Hilton stay in the past two years.
The property, while slightly older, is well maintained and did not impact my comfort. My upgrade to an executive floor room was minimal but appreciated. The standout, however, were the incredible staff—exceptionally kind, hospitable, and impressively remembering guest names.
In-room dining was among the best I’ve had in a hotel—fresh, well-executed, and consistently excellent.
However, elite recognition could be improved. Despite a five-night stay, my request for a 2 pm checkout was only granted until 1:30 pm. Given check-in is at 3 pm and it doesn’t take 1.5 hours to clean a room, I didn’t feel recognised as a Diamond member. For comparison, after checking out, I moved to the Andaz (by Hyatt), where I was given a 2 pm checkout with no status.
Hilton needs to take elite recognition more seriously. Granting Diamond status through credit cards diminishes its value for those who qualify through stays and spend.
That said, I highly recommend the Conrad Centennial. However, if I were to stay again, I would book through a third-party site.

Staying so many Conrad and every Conrad is significant and never let me down. It has been a while since the pandemic and visited for staying again.
Amazing stay, all the staff from the check-in, the dining room, the lounge, to the lounge, all the service is absolutely fantastic. I forgot the young man's name to help me check in, and he shared his experience from the house keeping service to the check in service, and I can see his enthusiasm and try his best to help and provide the info he can. In the lounge, I requested for the late check out due to the meetings, due to the summer vacation my room couldn't be extended for the late check out. Joyce tried her best to coordinate with the duty manager and help me to complete the "mission impossible." I truly see Joyce and the other staff they are willing to "understand" the guest's request and find the way to satisfy but also meet the hotel's regulation (eg. the room has been booked by next guest).
The swimming pool in the night is good and so beautiful to enjoy Singaporean night.
There is only one small negative thing is too many guests are Q for waiting for the breakfast. However, I saw all the staff arrange the seat perfectly to invite the guest to sit in.
All is perfect, and it is the best of the best Conrad. I definitely visit again but avoid the summer vaction.

We have just spent five days in Singapore staying at the Conrad. We booked an executive king room which meant access to the upstairs lounge and dining room, well worth the extra. The downstairs very large restaurant was often full for breakfast with a line up waiting so we enjoyed our breakfast upstairs with a wonderful selection of food including eggs done to our request. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, it was such a good place to go after the heat and business of touring during the day. The room was beautifully appointed and maintained. The cleaning staff were very respectful of privacy and helpful when tidying or restocking. Staff knew us by name as we walked around the hotel. The Hotel is located very near many site seeing locations and endless choices for food and shopping and the train.

It's a mixed bag. Nicely kept facility. The staff try hard to do a great job and I commend them. However I think it's apparent they are fighting an uphill battle with insufficient staff and/or too many guests. I thought the Tokyo Conrad had it bad during my visit during Cherry Blossom bloom last year, but it's a zoo here during lunar new year times. Breakfast becomes crowded if you don't go early to snag a table. Elevators in the morning and afternoon can take a few minutes to arrive and will be jammed full of people. You may need to wait like a subway for a less crowded elevator car to pass by. My room was poorly prepped... the phome was broken, coffee machine jammed, and what was supposed to be a lotion bottle by the sink was instead another bottle of hair conditioner. Staff came to remediate when these issues were flagged, but ideally these all should get caught when the room is cleaned. Remediation was alwaus handled professionally, albeit hurredily. Check-in had staff patrolling the lobby to offer assiatance - that's great. However nothing was explained when picking up keys. I am a Diamond member with Hilton. Breakfast being free or it's times/location weren't mentioned. Executive lounge access was mentioned but not its hours of operation. The staff was always polite but they are clearly just trying to process folks/tasks and keep their heads above the tide.
The location of the hotel is nice. This Conrad stopped having stuffed animals if that's a thing you collect/care for. Just a rubber ducky at the bathtub.
Overall I would stay here again, but this experience isn't making this a hotel I look forward to necessarily. A differenr field of hospitality for comparison, but my point of contrast is that Singapore Airlines' staff make the experience enjoyable and me an eager repeat customer. I think that's due both to execution on training and the airline positioning their staff to suceeed (ratio of tasks/customers to staff).

Stayed here for 6 nights as part of a work trip/part vacation. The service of all staff (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, and lounge) was impeccable, all the time. I appreciated the pillow menu choices, and the nightly turndown service with water/ice refill, and slippers put near the bed was a nice touch.
The breakfast in Oscars was a delicious choice with a huge spread of options from all different types of cuisine. I looked forward to breakfast everyday upon waking up, especially for the granola and the omelet station.
The lounge on the 31st floor was a nice environment, it was frequently pretty busy during afternoon tea and evening snacks. Good variety of food and drink items, including sweet and savoury.
The room bathroom was pretty large, however, the decor of the room seemed a little dated/dinged up in some places, the wood paneling in the rooms and bathrooms was scuffed, and was showing its age. The rubber duck provided was a nice surprise for me as a first time Conrad guest.
The pool was a nice refreshing place to relax. Cold water service provided frequently. There is a pool bar and food menu available as well. The pool gets full sun most of the day, so it can be pretty hot. Another nearby hotel pool provided sunscreen and noise cancelling headphones for guests to use…maybe an idea for the future for Conrad.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay, the front desk staff were quick to respond to questions and queries. Location is perfect for exploring the main tourist areas. I departed Singapore with a very happy heart based on this stay. Thank you!

Let’s start with a good points… Hotel have a good location, only 15 min walk to MBS and tube is literally around a corner. Great choices of food in either Suntec City or Millenia Walk. Nicely equipped gym. Swimming pool almost empty from around 5 o’clock… lovely place to relax after busy day. Rooms are ok, but nothing fancy. Most of our stay we had breakfast at executive lounge (which was lovely) but one day we decided to have it in restaurant downstairs…we wish we never had such a stupid idea. Not only we had to wait to be sited but it was one of worst breakfast we have ever had! Poor buffet options and warm food was mostly cold. And don’t start me on coffee…we’ve ordered espresso but what we got was more like. Americano in espresso cup…saying it was awful would be an understatement. Overall we had better options in 4 stars hotels and this supposed to be a 5 star. Hotel also offers free wi-fi however after using it for 2 days it never worked again for us…

Though we stayed only one night (during a transit through SIngapore), we had a memorable experience at the Conrad Centenniel in Singapore. Room was spacious and well appointed. Location was close enough to explore all the Marina bay attractions on foot.Concierge was very helpful with our sightseeing trips. Breakfast at Oscar's had great variety. We also enjoyed a-la-carte lunch at Oscar's with the 'shroom burger being the highlight!

Stayed 5 nights for business and as Diamond got upgraded to the lounge floor (floors 30 & 31) - rooms were quite spacious with a nice window seat which allowed for seating and storage.
Reserved a car service to drive us to the hotel on arrival since we had never been to Singapore before (Grab service could have worked, too, but the car service was very nice and someone was waiting for us at the airport when coming out of immigration).
Laundry service was prompt (done overnight with standard service which is all I needed since I was not in a hurry), pool was nice (only opened at 7am which was a bit limiting due to business schedule but otherwise good), Diamond members had access to breakfast either in lounge or downstairs which apparently had a much larger spread, but the lounge was great and fast so we just did that every day. The lounge also has afternoon tea and light foods in the evening which was great.
My room's a/c failed and leaked a lot of water - initially, someone came in and thought they 'fixed' it but they mainly removed the water overflowing from the pan in the ceiling but the issue was still there, so overnight I heard a bunch of leaking and in the morning there was a big pool of water in the entry area ... front desk, though, was very apologetic and moved me to the room next door (glad there was another room on lounge floor open) and gave a small courtesy food gift afterwards as an apology for the problems. I assume these random issues happen so I don't blame the hotel but am glad they addressed it with a new room.
Location is great in downtown near the Promenade train stop and walking distance to a lot of shops and food.

Excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Large rooms. Fast elevators. Outstanding breakfast buffet, even includes gelato! Room included a 2 L bottle of distilled water for my CPAP machine, although price at $17 was a surprise.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the executive lounge of Conrad Centennial Singapore again for Valentine's Day. We have stayed with the hotel for many years and we are still blown away by the level of service provided every single time.
We are always greeted warmly by the staff, from the bellman/concierge to the reception and executive floor lounge who made us feel like a VIP.
The executive lounge itself is beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury, with plush seating and a relaxed ambiance that is always so inviting. I particularly love to sit at the library area with a book, a cup of the amazing coffee (can never stop at 1) and just to enjoy the breathtaking skyline view.
The food selection for breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of gourmet items, fresh pastries, and an impressive selection of hot and cold dishes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a mix of international options, fresh fruits, and made-to-order egg station helmed by the amazing Chef Sunny.
Throughout the day, there was always coffee/tea, juices and soft drinks available. For evening cocktails, we can enjoy the selection of top tier Hors d'oeuvres and refreshing beverages, wines and a selection of premium spirits and cocktails.
The staff always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, offering personalized service and even accommodating specific requests without hesitation. The lounge also provided an excellent working environment with fast Wi-Fi, private meeting spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind.
The executive lounge access truly elevated our stays, adding an extra layer of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It's a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, personalized attention and exceptional service.
Not to mention that the room was nothing short of stunning — spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The decor was modern yet cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and pillows that always makes us feel refreshed and well rested the next day. The bathroom was a true highlight, with a rain shower, deep soaking tub, and premium toiletries that made it feel like a spa experience.
Thank you to the wonderful executive floor team - Sha mien, Aris, Jane, Janice, Hafiz, Hakim, Mark, Linda, Benjamin, Alam, John, Jeffrey, Wilson. Special thanks to Nik (front office manger) for making our stay so enjoyable always spoiling us!
