We had two nights here as part of a stopover package and our room was on one of the higher floors. The staff in the foyer are very good, the reception staff a little hit and miss. They were okay, but a little overwhelmed when trying to find a room to allocate to us! The hotel had three lifts but...

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Pacific. The service was excellent especially the doormen Velu, Marcel and Parthiban. They were helpful, friendly and nothing was too hard for them. They certainly made us feel welcome. The room was clean and always well presented. We have already recommended this hotel to family planning to stay in Singapore later this year....

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Its close to a big shopping mall as well as two train stations and a bus station right outside. Very central and as I was constantly travelling, it made stopping by convenient. Got the hotel at a great bargain that included breakfast. My room was big, clean and more than I needed....

We have just spent five nights at this hotel and our experience was rather disappointing, to start with they had us in a room with two single beds and only after my getting cranky did they move us to a room with a queen size bed. The rooms were outdated, the bathroom very small with a broken shower head, the...

The room where spacy and comfortable, of course with air conditioning, safe, cooler, big screen and iron. But the bathroom was rather small and the finishing in the workmanship was very poor. The view could have been good, but because of an extra layer of windows it was rather poor. The cleaning was perfect and the staffs were nice and...
