We stayed at the Grand Pacific Hotel for five nights in March. On check-in we were given a room on the ninth floor, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately there was an overwhelming musty and moldy smell from an air vent in the ceiling and after being in the room for two hours my lungs were tight and...

I am very disappointed staying at this property that consider as 4 stars hotel. I can't believe how small with hard mattress and unreasonable price to eat at their restaurant, it is. After all paying a 4 stars hotel room rate and have no benefit such as free breakfast or be able to use free gym; I believe this property...

Rooms were good and spacious. Check in and check out was smooth. Didn't have any problems at all with the overall stay. Only draw back has been with the vegetarian food. Since the area in which hotel is situated it is difficult to get Indian vegetarian food.

Stayed at the Hotel Grand Pacific on a brief Business Trip to Singapore, the Hotel was booked by our office. Friendly and efficient check in, Staff very friendly and courteous, The Hotel is a little dated now by modern standards, but it is still comfortable and a good price for Hotel accommodation in Singapore, it is very near 2 MRT...

I gave 2 weeks notice to cancel a room this past February. I was denied a refund because the hotel called this a "special rate". It was $170 US -- not exactly a special rate. They care more about money than their customers.

It was a very comfortable stay during the Chinese New Year period. Situated near to Orchard Road, it was within walking distance to malls and eateries. Free wifi, swimming pool and gym were bonuses for me. Room was just of an ok size but worth it, considering the price. Its actually an old hotel, but it has obviously been spruced...

We always stop here en route to NZ and are always made to feel like family. The hotel is older style colonial type decor in the rooms but are serviced daily and spotless. The staff are very efficient and the buffet breakfasts are huge. I was spoilt for choice. The hotel itself is in walking distance from Raffles, Bugis Market...

Good hotel. Great location, very close to Suntec and all the major malls nearby and budget shopping of Bugis. Nice comfortable cozy rooms. Service can be more warm and friendlier. Decent buffet spread

The hotel is centrally located near Bugis and on Victoria Steet, The rooms are decent size with all amenities; Breakfast is bit of a letdown with limited variety and most dishes are repeated. The staff at the breakfast can do with better attitude My room was not cleaned till evening and had to call up housekeeping to get it done....
