Reasonable value for money for a centrally located room, but amenities and restaurant/cafe just not up to scratch. Mouse seen in restaurant/cafe and although they told me they'd had a pest man come to fix it the following day and took our breakfast charge off our bill, still have my doubts about general food hygiene. I also asked if I...

We stayed there from 29th of May to 2nd of June. It is in walking distance of Bras Basah MRT. Therefore, you can go everywhere. You are just two or three stops away from famous places like Sentosa Island, Gardens by the Bay. Our room was great in terms of cleanliness. Reception counters were great people and respond all our...

My wife and I, with 2 friends booked 4 nights at the Hotel Grand Pacific, Victoria Street, Singapore. The trip was full of discovery but our accommodation was a wonderful surprise. It is very well and centrally located, a perfect place to walk to Raffles (Hi Tea), Bugis Street, and many shopping areas. Also close to MRT (Underground) and bus...

I am here for an overnight stay between flights. The person at the front desk was efficient. Our room clean and the bed comfortable. Our booking was made through Singapore Airlines and the rate very reasonable. This is the 6th time we have stayed here - we have stayed at other hotels too, but this is our hotel of choice....

We stayed at the Grand Pacific for 6 days. The front staff was very helpful. We booked online and initially did not get the style of room that we booked. We stayed one night in a twin bed room and it was very uncomfortable, the room was worn and you could definitely tell it needed some upgrading. The front office...

The hotel is old and tired. It tries to hide this with a new and shining additional facade - the botox drips from the hotel face. Inside, the corridor and my bedroom smelled of mildew. I find this an irritating smell, and every time I entered the hotel it upset. Because of the second external facade (the two facades are...

This hotel was part of a Singapore Airlines Stopover deal, it was one of the hotels included in their second tier price category and we chose it for its affordability, good location and great reviews. We're glad we did, it may not have the glamour of some of the more expensive hotels but it certainly has all the amenities. Our...
