I stayed twice in this hotel, Aug. 18 to 23 and Sept. 25 to 30, 2015.The location is very convenient to shopping, going to church and attending convention in Raffles.I am so pleased with the Bellman Marcel Derrick. He is very attentive, helpful and cheerful! Ms Alice Kim in the front desk is very efficient too.I will surely recommend this hotel to...

The Hotel was easy to find with the name up in the air and at street level. An Excellent dual smile from Reception staff. Super Efficient and obliging. Suitcases carried up by Porter. A BIG room. Super clean. Restaurant on the premises with lovely food and Service. I found Raffles easily from the Hotel(1 street over) Close to Orchard Road....

Please know that the rooms do no look like the pictures above. The rooms smell like mold, and were dirty. We had long black hairs in our bathroom when we checked in. We also had bugs in our bathroom as well. The carpets are dirty and they don't dust the rooms. I did however like the location of this hotel,...

Excellent location if you are moving around the Bras Basah, Suntec area which is a short walk away. Well maintained rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. Has become my preferred place for business and leisure in Singapore.

Location & general: one of the best locations. Near to River side point with all its bars & restaurants & cruising and Buggies (not sure about spelling) mall; this one with international fast food brand and local foods, as well. This hotel is a fan of green environment so you may see unchanged toilet paper but there are new ones...

This is a mid-price hotel within an easy walk of the circuit and particularly the Padang Stand and concert field venue. Rooms are adequate for the price with all expected facilities, bathroom could have done with a makeover or re-grout but it was clean enough. Bed however was much too firm for my taste. Breakfast choices excellent and great coffee...

This a relatively old but refurbished ( and renamed ) hotel that nestles conveniently near the Bugis Junction and Village. Its a great place if you want something unpretentious but with good sized rooms and facilities. Their breakfast is pretty good - western, Indian and local fare. Convenient for buses, MRT and walking distance to Suntec City, Little India and...

This was a good place to stay, central and easy to find. Staff were amazingly helpful from reception to room maintenance and in the Sun Cafe restaurant. Breakfast had a good array of options and the manager made sure there was gluten free bread and soya milk for me and my colleague as soon as he knew we needed it....

Good rooms, fairly large. Clean & comfortable beds & pillows. AC works well. Only the bathroom is rather small. Very convenient locations with friendly & helpful staff. Even getting a taxi is much easier than from other locations. Only remember that last order for room service is 10pm. Wished it was at least 12 midnight

Stayed 4 nights with a Singapore Stopover package. Very central location and we were on the top floor so very quiet. Laundry in hotel was convenient so we could wash our own clothes. Choice of food at breakfast was good. Room very comfortable and staff exceptionally helpful. My only criticism was that the coffee in the room and at breakfast...
