All the hotel staff were very helpful, professionally trained and efficient. Staying at the Executive Floors with access to the Lounge is most practical, for Singapore. You can have almost all your meals there. Exceptional Food. The Chefs were really amazing- great quality salads, main dishes, etc. The room is very well maintained. Outstanding views of Singapore, with those huge picture windows. This is really the place to stay in Singapore.

My (now wife) and I came to ritz with just 1.5 months before our wedding on 8 July. As you can imagine it was incredibly rushed and there were many things to negotiate and finalise. This was not helped by the fact that we would be overseas for 2 weeks, from 1 month before the wedding. However Bethany and Le Ting helped to arrange a site viewing, food tasting and sound check even with the already-booked-out schedule. The responsiveness and decisiveness of Bethany really impressed us, as many decisions were able to be made thanks to the prompt info we received. The level of empathy we received from them was also commendable. From the wedding, we have much to thank for Naim (AV) and Forshana (service staff), who really went the extra mile for us. The level of excellence brought by Naim was something we expected. He treated us as friends and gave good suggestions and I believe he volunteered to take our wedding even though he wasn’t on shift that day. We are very impressed and heartened by his actions and his work was superb too. Our AV reps had a good time working with him and he even helped to fix our friend’s shoe haha. We first met Forshana at the food tasting, where she was attentive to our needs, but oh my it only got better on the wedding day. She followed us around to offer water and drinks as we went around greeting guests and getting on with the program, all this while not suffocating us by keeping a good distance and only offering service when we needed. Top top service. During the photo taking as we were going from table to table, she helped to hold the train of my wife’s dress across all the tables and even offered slippers so my wife could be more comfortable moving around for the shots. During our stay we encountered more of the amazing Ritz service staff, Danish and Alfonzo from the Sandwich and Japanese stations at breakfast at Colony (we absolutely loved the offerings there) as well at Sha and Vincent from the club lounge, who took time to engage us, help us take photos and made sure we lacked nothing. “Ladies and gentlemen attending to ladies and gentlemen” embodied to the fullest. Last but not least, we’d like to show appreciation to Bernard Chua from the Banquets team, who upon realising we didn’t get to drink any alcohol (owing to my intense Asian flush), sent some champagne to the bridal suite for us to enjoy. Also very much appreciate the help he rendered in the transition between our wedding and the next as we were clearing out. Overall, we had the most wonderful experience having our wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. It’s one thing to have a beautiful foyer-gallery set-up and another to have this level of service excellence. The team here have both.…

The DEEP MUSCLE RECOVERY sooo good, so much pain dissolved during the 90 min. It is not just relaxing but very rejuvenating as well. Zara she is really good. The skills of hitting the spots that are sore and releasing the tension from my spine. Great Job!

We had celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with coming to Singapore to stay here and so decided to come back for our 30th. The hotel of course is gorgeous, elegant and stylish and the views are unbeatable. What made this even better than expected was the level of service we received from everyone to help us mark our special stay. Many thanks to everyone, including our housekeeping team, but a very special thanks to Kaylee at check in, who went out of her way to make sure we had a very special stay, upgrading our room and providing all sorts of lovely extras. We knew we would have a great stay here but did not expect this level of service. As good as it gets!

My wife Jackie and I returned to a wet and cold UK after staying with you for two periods in April. This is a note to say thank you so much for the experience we had staying as your guests. Its a long way to come but worth the 13 hour flight to be hosted by the RC. It was my wife’s belated ‘big birthday’ as we were unable to come during Covid. From the moment we walked through the door every person made us welcome and special. This includes the front check in desk, the concierge, the porters, our room attendant, the restaurant, the pool staff and the spa staff, the lovely doormen on way out to Millennia Mall (if I have missed any one – sorry). Two people that went above and beyond were Katrina at the pool and Lina at the concierge. Both were so great at their jobs. Both had superb customer service and always went that extra mile to assist us and make us feel like part of the RC family. If you have employees of the month I would like to nominate both employees please. Do pass on our gratitude to both of them along with all the other members of the Team there. Everything was just PERFECT . From my entrance to the pink room and the delicious birthday cake. It was AN EXCEPTIONAL birthday experience. The service was impeccable. My room was not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the panoramic views from my window were breathtaking.

It was a great experience to stay in this luxurious hotel. The check in was slightly slower probably due to quite a high number of guests checking in at that hour about 4pm. The room & the view were great. Except we could hear footsteps & noises at night from the above floor due to the parquet flooring of the room. Sometimes can be quite annoying when anyone was walking. Other than this annoying sound, the hotel is great. They provided 2 smaller square pillows & I like it as I could hug to sleep. The hotel provides a nice spa area with steam room, sauna room, jacuzzi pools with full amenities.

Where do I start? We chose the Ritz Carlton Singapore for our 10th anniversary and we did not regret it. The Breakfast every morning at Colony was spectacular, with plenty of variety and friendly service. The location is great as we were able to walk to many of the attractions in Singapore from our hotel. We had great service from the housekeeping staff. I ran out of toothpaste about half way through the trip and left the empty tube on the counter. Without asking I was given a full size tube of toothpaste. Swamy, He Qing, and Sai Krishna did an amazing job of making our room clean and comfortable every day. We also spent time relaxing around the pool where Dave and Jamie provided us with great drinks and service. Jamie also gave us great advice on which Hawker centers and restaurants were close to the hotel. Overall, I can't think of hotel that would have been better for our anniversary celebration. …

Favourite hotel On our many trips through Singapore in the past 20 years we have stayed at many hotels in the city but have decided that The RC is definitely now our hotel of choice. The beautifully appointed rooms with the fabulous river views, the warm welcome on checkin -appreciated after a 12 hour flight-the flexibility of arrangements re late checkin and departure and above all the friendliness of the staff no matter where they worked -always willing to assist and on this occasion we particularly appreciated the help, advice and service of the pool attendant Nikko who was particularly pleasant and attentive. We will not stay anywhere else.
