It’s a hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The elevators are ok. The rooms are ok. Fridge needs to be colder, aircon needs to be colder to combat the humidity. Bathroom is good. Beds are great. Rooms are nice and dark at night. Service is excellent. If you’re spending everyday out doing things in Singapore and only need a comfy room to sleep in at night this is for you. Highly recommend you use the pool often, it’s wonderful.

Not used to automated self check in. Glad to have hotel staff Mei Yee to assist us and answered our queries patiently. Hotel lobby feels modern. Corridor can smell better. Rooms are nice. Food ordering is confusing for me, luckily I managed to buy takeaway at the restaurant in the annex building. Breakfast decent but not fantastic.

Delicious canapes are served at the Waterfall lounge, and tap beer is always cold. Amazing treatment and welcoming staff. Beyond my expectations! Would like to thank Sara and Kelvin for their service, specially Mr Iskander that makes the difference on the floor. I will always come back!

I walking guest and I read some of this feedback from this hotel, quit good . Good food and nice service. But I went to the bar called Lounge, first time I heard that need to be scan for the menu, moreover Im not too good using that kind of thing, I asked who was standing near cashier wearing coat, but she is very RUDE to me. ( Chinese Lady) I was sat near the cashier and I'm trying to scan no ones not able to help. Then one lady came to me and help me to scan who was called sara. She is unexpected help me and try to relax me . Even though she is very busy serving foods to others but didn't fails for rude to anyone. I'm inspired. Thank you Sara . She is very kind and very cheerful. Moreover front office people are very friendly and bell boy too.

Our experience echoes that of Jollywalk56 almost word for word. Reception staff are so casual it’s hard to tell if they are staff or guests. No instructions on how to work the lift system or which lifts to use. Key card failed after a few hours and had to be replaced. Our room looked like student accommodation, no carpets or wardrobe. Shower and toilet was like a wet room so everything got drenched. Couldn’t swing a cat in it and it certainly didn’t offer any level of comfort after a long day of sightseeing. No point having a TV on the wall as it doesn’t work, couldn’t even find a news channel. House keeping doesn’t happen until the third day of stay so don’t expect clean towels unless you specifically request them. Breakfast area is dated dark and gloomy and like a cattle market. I’d rather go hungry than eat in there again, awful food, awful environment. We stayed here after a cruise before flying home, the cruise agents selected the hotel and I’ll be feeding our experience back to them.

Stayed at this hotel for over a week. The location is good being Robertson Quay, with restaurants and cafes located nearby, a good bus route and the Havelock MRT located within less than 5 minute walk. The lobby is very modern looking but lacks a reception desk, where guests are required to check in/out via self serve terminals. If you do require help, there are staff that can assist but unfortunately most of the staff do not come across as very helpful nor do they provide any information regarding Singapore, the services the hotel provides and the like. We were told that our room would be serviced every 3 days. We had a room on the 9th floor which was ok - the room looks outdated and it is not worth the nearly $400AU per night paid. This cost also included breakfast which is the same menu every morning. Basic continental, with Asian cuisine included. The best time to arrive for breakfast is before 8am when the rush hour starts. The housekeeping staff are very friendly (limited English speaking) and checked if we needed anything on most days. The bed sheets are changed every 3 days. There are self service amenities cupboard located in the lobby that provides towels, tissues, toilet paper, soap, toothbrush/paste and there are smaller cupboards located on each floor. The Waterfall Lounge is located at the back of the hotel, and in order to view the menu, you need to access it via the QR code located on each table. The food here is ok and the service is average. I did not eat at the Indonesian restaurant (which is where breakfast is served). There is a 7/11 located outside of the hotel and a wine bar but was closed till later this month. The baggage handlers who greet you on arrival are very friendly, and will order taxis for you if required. Overall my stay was ok, but I would look to staying at another hotel on my next visit to Singapore.
