Dusit Thani Laguna is a beautiful, modern, clean and extremely comfortable resort.
Within an hour of our arrival we had already decided “we would reccomend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again”.
The resort itself, its pool, golf course and surrounds are impeccable. We stayed for 5 nights total, including over the F1 weekend. Staff are kind and courteous.
Do not be deterred by it being near Changi airport as you cannot hear the planes, the rooms are incredibly soundproofed. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was spacious and tidy. Housekeeping are extremely astute; our room was vacuumed and mopped daily which speaks to the high standards of the resort as our floors were never by any means dirty, we could have stayed comfortably for 5 days without it being vacuumed or mopped but it was refreshing to see such a high standard of housekeeping.
We visited the Marina Bay Area daily for the F1 and it is on average a 12-20 minute ride by taxi or Uber (or Grab as it is called in Singapore). The fare depending on time of day and demand is between $11 and $24 SGD one way which is quite reasonable and much more economical than renting a car. We had no issues getting a taxi or car easily and at most waited perhaps 5 minutes for our ride to be accepted on the app.
There are buffet and a la carte dining options (the breakfast buffet is lovely but not as large of a selection as I have experienced in other destinations in South East Asia and beyond).
Cocktails and wines have several 2 for 1 happy hour options (usually around $20-$22 SGD) and are generous pours and very tasty.
We would absolutely stay here again. Given that we stayed at what I imagine was a peak time in tourism (during and after F1 Grand Prix) the hotel was never busy, noisy or crowded. The most people I ever saw in the lobby at one time between check in, check out and waiting for vehicles was 15-20 at most.
The pool always had cabanas and pool chairs available and we never had to queue or wait for service at the pool bar/restaurant etc.
We did not use the spa treatment facilities but I did take a 10 minute taxi ride to nearby “True Spa” for a 90 minute deep tissue massage which was very skilful and I saved myself a small fortune in doing so as this only cost me $98 SGD.
We would definitely stay at Dusit Thank Laguna again.

My husband and I spent the night at Dusit Thani on our wedding night before flying off the next day. The room was perfectly designed and decorated, I especially love the toilet and the full-length window view of the swimming pool and skyline where we saw places flying past. Check-in was super swift!
Special mention to Nanda & Kumar who offered us amicable, wonderful services! They were very friendly, made us felt at home, always full of smiles and we felt so comfortable with them handling our luggages. We even had small chats and they were very attentive to our needs like locating the toilet, the booking of our taxi to the airport and even simple things like offering us water bottles while we were waiting at the lobby. Commendable!
Will definitely return if we go back to Singapore in the new future!

Expressing my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Dusit Thani Laguna. Although we had planned to stay for 7 nights, we decided to check out from the hotel after just 4 nights due to the numerous issues that arose during our stay. To ensure my family received the treatment they deserve, I had no choice but to relocate them to another hotel.
1. Staff Attitude and Hospitality: • Many staff members lacked warmth, politeness, and patience when we approached them for assistance or guidance. • Interactions were often curt and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome throughout our stay.

We were only in Singapore for a night transiting, so we wanted to stay near the airport. This hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there is no public transport there - it is not on metro line and the shuttle bus does not come often or at the times needed so one has to get a taxi there and back. Once one is there the rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable (we stayed in deluxe Laguna King) and better than most I have stayed in around the airport area but it is very difficult to go out much due to the transport - there is no public transport from there and the shuttle bus to Jewel Changi or expo station do not run regularly nor in the evenings if one wants to go out - so one feels stuck or else needs to get taxi to and from hotel each time which is very rare in Singapore where it is usually easy to get around. The food options at hotel were not appealing compared to what is available elsewhere. I would 100% stay here again for transfers if they improved their shuttle bus to be hourly and in the evenings to Jewel Changi etc. The rooms are really quiet and bed very comfortable, shower very good, had great sleep there.

For an unplanned stop-over in Singapore (missing luggage) we chose the Dusit Thani Laguna, since not far from Changi Airport, but with more “hotel character” than the hotels in the airport itself. The friendly service ran through all areas (reception, restaurant, maid) of the hotel. Our room (44m2 pleasantly large) was equipped with a very good bed, a generous bathroom (incl. complete Aminities) and reliable (quiet) air conditioning. Access to the pool was very easy via a patio door (from the outside with the room key card, openable). In the associated restaurant we ate twice a la carte very well. Here you have to calculate between 100 and 150 euros (with 2+2 happy hour beer) for two people. The breakfast buffet is extensive (Asian and Western Food) and good, but only a coffee machine for min. 100 guests in the morning led to longer waiting times. The fact that you can hear the planes taking off and landing (even all night, since no night flight ban) is due to the proximity to the airport, but you know that when booking. Wow! We cannot recommend this hotel and their amazing staff enough. From the moment you arrive Kumar greeted us as if we were royalty taking our cases from the back of the taxi, directing us to the lovely Reception Staff, getting us a much needed chilled water while we signed in, helping us in the lift with our keycard which we weren’t sure how to use. Just incredibly helpful and professional but equally warm mannered. He even came back with a lovely gift for Chinese New Year.
Our room was upgraded to a pool view room, just incredible, the products were good quality, I loved the body lotion. The rooms are just so well designed, decor is exceptional. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Bedding is so luxurious you will not want to leave.
We went down to the pool area and had a delightful afternoon sat around the wonderful pool area with various pool depths, jacuzzi’s, pretty gardens and lovely island seating areas. Plenty of Quality sun beds and thick fluffy towels and dressing gowns provided. The Tee Deck was fabulous with Neal and the Chefs we had the most delicious food, 5 star service, Neal even chased away the birds discreetly while we enjoyed our meal. We loved the Wagu Burger and the Ribs and pork fried rice, they were perfect.
Our breakfast in the Greenhouse was the best we have had in Singapore, we have stayed in many fabulous hotels over the past month, while staying here but this is my absolute favourite. All the food and beverages are 5 star.
We stayed here on 2 occasions whilst we visited Bintan island. The hotel kindly looked after our excess luggage whilst we returned so we didn’t have to struggle with our luggage on the Ferry. On our return, again we was greeted by a wonderful young man on Reception who upgraded our room to a pool room and welcomed us back from our travels, he gave us a complimentary breakfastI, my husband and I was just blown away by the amazing generosity. I explained to Arif on reception how I would like to leave a highly recommended review and he gave me a card with the details I needed. We would have loved to stayed much longer, but thank you so much to all the staff who took care of our every need you made our last day in Singapore very special.

My honest review in pointers: 1. Room was cozy & comfy. But rather regret to take up the kings room as the balcony/yard outside tends to get fully wet under heavy down pour along with the cushions, table, chairs & worst still.. There's lots of mosquitos!! 2. How come such a hotel room toilets has NO BIGETS?!! Please seriously look into that as you can't expect everyone wiping their asses with just toilet papers! 3. Swimming Pools awesomely designed well & definitely safe for children with adults supervision. 3. Staffs were well service orientated such as ( Thinesh, Kumar & Soni ) 4.
