As we were arriving late to Singapore, and were planning to check-out really early, I booked this hostel only based on the location. Booked through agoda.com and the pictures looked OK, so I figured it was worth one nights stay and didn't bother to read the reviews. It was only one night, how bad could it be? Upon arrival, as... Well where do I start?... We booked this hostel for 3 nights as it was the cheapest one in mega expensive Singapore that had a private double room.. In hindsight we wish we had paid a bit extra and we would have avoided the nightmare we had let ourselves in for. The room was the exact size as the bed... More

This hotel looked nothing like the pics...the room was tiny with bed stains..after one night of being bitten by bed bugs and seeing the broken furniture and dirty kitchen and bathroom areas, we checked out! The sound proofing is non existing and shrieking people in the next room made for an unpleasant stay. Wouldn't re come recommend...also the night receptionist... More

We booked this hostel judging by the photos it looked reasonable for price by the photos. We weren't expecting a 5* but we were definitely expecting better! It was the first night of our travels and with having a long flight we just wanted somewhere comfortable and to chill out, little did we know this would be the opposite. Soon... More

We were supposed to stay at this hostel for two nights, but checked out after one. It was really poor standards compared to the price. The room was not clean, there were cracks in the roof (which you could see through when you turned out the lights), the AC worked, but was really noisy. It was a lot of ants... More

This hostel has a lot of potential but sadly seems like it is neglected. I have stayed here three times now throughout the years and each time Their seems to be less and less backpackers. When I arrived on Singapore I walked down Hong Kong street and asked other hostels for a room, but I found they where all full,... More

We had a long 11 hour flight into Singapore from Auckland, NZ after which getting to the hotel fairly late, had to carry a lot of luggage up 3-4 flights of stairs. After check in, we was shown to our 'Private Room' of which we was gobsmacked when the staff member showed us in. It was extremely dirty, one bed... More

I stayed for 2 nights. Private room very poor for the price. Dirty, small, no window and "wall paper". Sure never come back. Service didn't exist. The second night 4 girls start to cook at 4 a.m for 1 hour and anybody said nothing....

Booked the deluxe room to be private. They put me in the 4th floor, which was quite tiring because of no elevators and I happened to bring quite a lot of luggage. The other day someone told me that the 3rd floor was the renovated one, but they did not give me that room. Quite disappointing to know that that... More

Wonderful staff who are quite engaging. They were friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived, I went to check the bathrooms as we had a shared bathroom arrangement. To put it accurately, I was afraid to use it - dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty sink. But to be fair, the afternoon we returned back from our city tour, it was... More
