The Fullerton Bay, simply put, is the best hotel in Singapore. I have stayed at all the high end hotels and this is really completely the most Supurb. From the Front Office staff of Mr. Nichols and Ms. Lisa to all waitstaff, La Brasserie Management and Lantern barternders to Housekeeping. The rooms are modern, and comfortable, best Bathrobes in town! Sunday brunch is something to write about, really gourmet, first class quality fine food and very good local foods also. Beautiful Dinner and elegant at La Brasserie with Patagonian Toothfish, Boston Lobster and Delicious interesting choices. Cocktails at Lantern are a treat and also Poolside. We ate many times at La Brasserie, the Michelin Star in house Restaurant, and each time it was outstanding. The Pool and pool views must be the best in Singapore! From the first bookong and my multiple questions, to waving goodbye , we really have had an amazing holiday in Singapore . We will ONLY stay at Fullerton Bay in future.…

We enjoyed afternoon tea at the fullerton bay hotel. The savory , desert and coffee everything is perfect . And top service espically Luna and Asel helpful and friendly . Good ambiance, I have a pleasant experience. Food is good though quality needs a little upgrade especially the pepper truffle fries we ordered with comfortable environment. Staff was very approachable and helpful. Overall experience was great!

Food was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, special mention to Loges, for celebrating our anniversary with a cake and a drink. Nice ambience and good music. Philly cheese steak was amazing and the sliders were great as well

Truly a gem in this highly esteemed hotel, that is helmed by Country General Manager, Mr Gino Tan and his well synchronized team. The manager at the Front Desk, Ms Nomiko, went above and beyond to make us feel truly honoured and pampered when we were first present at the reception, as it was my wife's 30th++ birthday and also our wedding anniversary. My wife was anticipating and eagerly looking forward to a memorable 2 nights stay in this iconic hotel. Nomiko's personalised service was out of this world to ensure that we were well taken care of, from the moment she said 'Hello', to our having lunch at Landing Point while waiting for our room. She practically was like our personal 'concierge', checking on us intermittently and informing us when the key was ready (within 15 mins of waiting). She is a true blue 'servant leader' par de excellence. Upon we entering our room, the Director of Operations, Mr Paul Cheong spared no expense in proliferating the Fullerton Bay 'WOW' factor, by decorating the rooms with balloons, Happy Anniversary foils and a nice birthday cake to boot. We were simply bowed over with such dedication and excellence to their craft. Everyone at the hotel operates on a high level of relationship intelligence,as exemplified by the first point of contact from Gino to Paul to Nomiko, cascading down to line staff like porters handling luggage, chambermaids offering turn down service and conceirge following through requests or task. Everything rise and fall with the vision of the leader to model an aura of authenticity that breeds transparency and trust among all. The team definitely didn't fail to deliever or drop the balll. Sometines, it just takes a little effort like writing a card and beary nice signature mascots and decorations meticulously set up in the room, to herald the start of a most fabulous and unforgettable wonderful stay. Having reposed into many hotels during my staycation sojourns (and at least a dozens local ones during Covid period), the Fullerton Bay Hotel truly takes the cake and raised the bar so high that there would not be another hotel that will be able to top this act. This is only the first night and my verdict is out ;- " You Had Me at Hello." This display of vision, conviction plus commitment from the team augurs well for a hotel that believes in systems evolved from a set of disciplines that is consistently being carried out by everyone. Serve Big, Dream Big and Infuence even Bigger, Fullerton Bay Hotel. Thanks once more Mr Gino Tan, Mr Paul Cheong and Ms Nomiko for an awesome encounter with watm and authetic hospitality that comes from service with heart, purpose and passion.👍🙏😌 …
