The location of the hotel in really good. Bus is in front, it will take you anywhere. The staff is also really nice. But the rooms are really really small, no place to move around or put your staff anywhere. Also there is no lobby where you can chill. The restaurant is small, but okay.

Lovely hotel with small pool on the roof. Quiet and comfortable with great bathroom and decent size room for Singapore. Clean. Staff were very helpful and the area safe. Easy walk to 2 trains and lots to see locally. Breakfast was nice if basic and I will stay here again. Free handy mobile phone with data and calls was a...

Hotel facilities were nice, the swimming pool is quite big from what it looks like in the photo, and also it really looks good to take a pic as well. The breakfast was delicious! I was kind of surprised with the reviews I read saying there were only few bfast selections. The hotel reception staff of Santa Grand Hotel Bugis...

We have stayed for 1 week in SGB Hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast had a good variety and was enough. The rooms were clean and the swimming pool is beautiful with a nice view. Each room is equipped with a Smartphone which can be used for free local calls and tourist information which is...

My room was on 4th floor, it was clean, quite small, I had a double sized bed with balcony (which i actually requested from hotels.com when i booked). Wifi signal in my room is really slow and sometimes no connection. Near to Bugis Station MRT. They...

I specifically choose this place because it's close to Sultan road, near to metro station and a perfect location. Stayed 6 nights at the hotel, the room was clean, good wifi and nice breakfast. Everything is worth the money.

It was a wonderful 4 nights stay at Santa Grand Bugis. Room was smaller than expected but it was adequate spaces for two. If you are getting a room with window then it would be better. Breakfast was not that great but serves the purpose. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Wifi speed is satisfactory. The key is you can...
