This is definitely a hotel, and the staff at reception were friendly. However, it's clear a LOT of people smoke in this hotel, and it reeks. Even with room spray used. The 'deluxe family room' we booked turned out to be a small room with a Queen bed. The worst bit is the floors are filthy. Truly, I tried hard not to think what was living in the carpet. The bathrooms are tiny, the water pressure and showers poor. I would not return. 2.5 stars and only because the staff were friendly. The owner clearly doesn't care. They're rated three stars. But in truth, they're two at best.

Hotel located at good location. Serves very tasty and hygienic South Indian breakfast. Cozy but clean rooms. Staff members are courteous and cooperative. Few rooms have fantastic view. Value for money.

The hotel is very comfortable and cosy. One of the few that has good hot water I noticed in my travels in Asia (yes, I know, you don't really need it most of the time, but handy to have warm to hot showers every now and then lol). Take note: Check out is 11am but I had mine extended by staff to 12pm - you might not be so lucky. Also there is a breakfast there but my last minute deal procluded breakfast for me. One thing you should note is that it is a fair distance walking wise from the Lavender MRT - I took the wrong MRT to Lavender station however the hotel advised that Bendemeer MRT is closer. On the Lavender side there are a number of hotels that are close to the Lavender MRT. Why Lavender MRT? It is handy to get to the airport (change at Tanah Merah for the airport, TM is right near the end of the line). One thing that caused me concern is that for some reason there was no telephone in the room which is essential for asking questions of the hotel reception.

Stayed here during my VTL Stay booked directly with the hotel to provide 3 meals/ Room - Small and basic Meals were served but breakfast was served around 10plus am / lunch 3 plus / dinner 8 plus. Frontdesk is not answering calls from rooms despite calling several times at different times to request the item. Spotted grab food delivery man sending food to a next-door guest at 1 of the day when I open my door to collect food. Terrible safely measure inplace in the hotel. I wonder how they got thier SG clean.

I happen to be there with my friend during new year eve. Rooms are rundown, Sound proofing of room is not good . can hear next door noise. toliet in main lobby one of the door cannot latch and do not have toliet paper and rubbish bin. I wonder how people use the toliet. Front office staff is not professional and do not know anything.

reception staff are not helpful, Staff needs to be trained to at least show willingness to help. They will say before even listening to request. on top of it there was some construction going on next to our building, they gave us the room where most noise was coming.

Very small rooms. No room services. Like we asked for a plate and spoon and they said we dont have these services. Bathrooms are very small and stinking. It has the high starts only because of price. Its not close to Little India and it takes good atleast 15-20 minutes by walking or Sing$6-7 to reach to near Indian restaurants. Rooms interior also pretty old and we have to take our own luggage to the room. There barely any place to put extra for kids and incase you do that then luggage has to be on table, window shelfs which makes it too untidy a room. They do room service but dont take or change the used steel spoons which is basic.
