We arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The staff were very helpful and managed to get our room ready very quickly. We had an enjoyable breakfast during our 3 day visit. The hotel is ideally situated with restaurants and other places of interest within walking distance.I would like to mention particularly the concierge who advised us to travel by taxi instead...

Stayed in this Hotel for a quick trip as a layover from India. The hotel isn't the cheapest however the room itself is clean, comfortable and the staff are accommodating. The breakfast is very reasonable with a good variety to choose from. The staff however I found weren't overly friendly. A cab/taxi ride from the airport costs approx $22 to...

We stayed for severn nights over the new year period and took the up grade which was well worth it and the crystal club lounge on the 10th floor was perfect over looking the river and Clarke quay and the service was 6 star. I can't erase the staff enough in the crystal club as they were great. The hotel...

Very good service and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to Singapore. Ask for Andy at the concierge desk and you will be taken care of. Excellent customer service. Make sure to check out China town.

Stayed at this hotel for a 1 week business trip with a colleague. Hotel is clean and well kept without being ostentatious. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Pool area is spacious and relaxing, ideal after a busy day. Joel is the perfect host in the Porta dining room. Do try one of his gin recommendations or one of his non-alcoholic...

I stayed in room 625. First the good - Room was clean, bathroom remodeled. Reasonably priced and included breakfast. Now the bad - The room did not look anything like the pictures. Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is dated and old. Tiny comfortable room but i did not get much sleep here. Could not get the overhead shower to work....

I’m Singaporean though being away for 22 years meant I’m often a tourist in my own country when I return. The clarke quay area has changed a lot over the years and is now quite lively after office hours. It was therefore nice to stay a few nights at Robertson Quay since we love the Wine Connection bar and restaurant...

The hotel is okay, the lobby is not so nice Waiting time to check in can be a bit longer than normaly. The rooms are clean and nice decorated but too small. bathroom is good. The pool restaurant is okay, the staff could be a bit more professionally but in total okay. The food is very good.
