Tired and worn hotel and not worthy of the Shangri-la brand reputation.
The wheelchair accessible room is small and cramped. Bathroom is reasonably well configured with a roll in shower and grab rails to local standards. Overall wheelchair accessibility around the hotel is good. Note...More

I reckon every hotels regardless a standard one or a luxury ones has a set of time frame for checking in and out. A standard one would be 12pm but in some cases, 1pm max. In your case, you can always negotiate with the front office staff and let them know of your situation and convince them by showing your air ticket of departure as proof. They probably let you stay till 1pm subject to availability of the room that you’re staying however if it’s a peak season and newly arrived hotel guests are ready to check in, then they might have to ask you to leave your luggage at their storage room. I’m pretty sure you can still use the hotels amenities in the lobby area however getting access to the rooms I’m afraid is unlikely. But think of the bright side, you still have few more hours to enjoy shopping or go sightseeing without having to drag along your big luggage’s and plus knowing that your belongings are in safe hands.
Well good luck with that. Cheers!!
