We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room for our group and I was thoroughly impressed at how clean it was and the beds were so comfy. It was not lacking in space and there was also a clothes line by the shower which is a lovely little detail especially after swimming in the sea.
The room had plugs beside the bed and all the light controls from the beside too.
The customer service could not have done enough for all of us and made sure all our queries and issues were ironed out completely. Shout out to Ate Catherine!
I highly recommend the restaurant and the swimming pool - they also have a pretty nifty foot wash which you will get accustomed to. They had live music every night we were there and some excellent singers entertaining you.
Everyone in the Mandarin team treated you like a special guest and always a smile on the way.
They offer the transfer via Van and Speedboat which I highly recommend everyone take - it was a feature already in itself.
I could not recommend Mandarin anymore - definitely would use again.

We had a very pleasant stay here as a family of 4. The location is right in the heart of Station 2 white beach meaning the amazing waters of Boracay are right outside your door and only a very short stroll to D'Mall. The staff were very helpful and friendly with even the owner so taking the time to greet their guests. The only downfall was that it is very loud at night time with the band playing at the restaurant which is located very close to the rooms. We had a ground floor room and it was extremely loud. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel but do request a room on an upper level and away front the front of the hotel.

Me and family stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very good.
Don Vito restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious food. The price was very good for the quality of food. Being at station 2, the location was very central and everything that we wanted was easily in walking distance.
Our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boracay. I myself would stay here again.

Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel is a beachfront luxury hotel at the center of white beach. It has a large swimming pool, the Don Vito Ristorante Italiano and a high end spa, all right on the beach. All rooms are fitted with luxurious beds, goose-feather and fiber pillows, plush comforters, air conditioners, cable TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, luxury bathroom fixtures, and complimentary Wifi access. Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel is top class throughout, and their attention to detail from welcome drinks and cold towel, waiter service on the beach, and general five star service throughout, makes this one of the island’s top resorts.

This hotel is RIGHT in the middle of the action, BUT you’d never know it.
The room has a 5* feel The atmosphere by the pool is 5* The lobby, restaurant and surrounding area feels more like 3*
Ultimately a great value for the money because the room is above expectations, amazing views. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating
Most importantly the property was extremely secure given the location.
Fellow guests are friendly and sociable as well.
Soft acoustic music by the pool every evening to was a huge added bonus.

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights. On the beginning the room we had was not so friendly because we’re facing on a wall view. But after 2 nights we asked a room with a view and luckily this room facing the pool & ocean view was empty on that day so we decided to made an upgrade. Thanks to the friendly staff. Overall our stay was very relax, restaurant food was not bad, live band music start 6-11 pm. They picked up us from the airport an send us back that was smooth and fast transfer.
I also appreciate the free mineral water dispenser placed at the 2nd floor, just refill your glass pitcher from the room.
I will again choose Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel in my future Boracay trip. :-)

We choose this hotel because of the location, it’s right at the beach front in station 2, we have booked 3 rooms, another reason that I choose this hotel is like 10 years ago we ate at Don Vito their Italian restaurant and it’s the best food we had back then and it’s still true until this day. The buffet breakfast which is included in our room rate was excellent, they have the traditional Filipino breakfast such as pandesal, pancit bihon, sinangag, longganisa and dilis. In the afternoon they have pizzas, try their signature don Vito pizza which is very good! For their rooms since it’s an older hotel in Boracay, it’s a bit shabby but clean however it may needs a renovation to modernise it so they catch up to the newer hotels nearby. The hotel staff and service is one of the best that I experienced they even gave us a room to put our luggage and shower as our flight is in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel in Boracay and will definitely stay here again whenever we are back here 😊

My first time in the Philippines and we stayed at this hotel in Boracay. We loved it! Great location, customer service was off the charts!! We loved the live music every night in the restaurant. I only took off one star because the massage I had at the Boracay Mandarin Spa was extremely unsatisfying. Other than that great staff great location and I'll be back!!

The staff gives this hotel the 5 star rating it deserves. The live band choices, delicious food, the pool, and breathtaking view right outside your balcony were bonuses and made for an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend getting the package that included airport van transfer and speed boat. You will be away from the crowd for a small price difference without the hassle.
The location was perfect and I cannot say it enough.

Yes, you're right. It's under cover along the sides since there are poolside rooms. If you want to sun, you should head to the beach, just across the foot path.
Sorry for the late reply, you can check in late, as long you informed the hotel, but there will be no hotel transfer after certain times, you can use other transportation
"The Ambassador Suite which is at the second floor and the Mandarin Grand Suite which is at the third floor are both around 140 square meters in area including the balcony with a
dipping pool overlooking the beach front with a sea view. They both have a bar and a living room outside their bedroom of which the bed is a king bed. We allow 4 persons to stay where two extra beds are set up at the living room. Penthouse
suite which is at the forth floor is around half of the size of Ambassador Suite and Mandarin Grand Suite because it has only a small balcony overlooking the beach front with a sea view. The bed is a king bed with a sala set and a bar within the
bedroom. We also allow 4 persons to stay where we set up two extra beds within
the bedroom. I hope my description of the rooms are good enough."
