My worst stay ever in any hotel. Infested with insects, no proper ventilation(no windows). Power cuts almost everyday just for this hotel. We had to change hotel on the 2nd night coz no power until 4am.

I really like the surfers home. It's direct located at the bullabog kitesurf beach, so perfect for all kiters. Big plus, you can have the included breakfast at any time you want. If you go first for a kitesession or a you had a long night... no problem.

I enjoyed a four night stay here with my partner and we had a great time. The room was spacious with cable tv , wifi and lovely hot shower. The breakfast was large served by very helpful and freindly staff. The access to the rest of the island is easy. Will definatly be coming back.

I Give 2 stars because of only two reason - The Heavy American Breakfast - and the morning staff (Josephine) she seems to be very helpful. Thank you! ------------------------------------------------ Php 900 pesos fan room The Room is so dirty, unpleasant too dark...as well the worst bathroom sink! It was Wednesday night raining hard in boracay and the most awful experience so far the roof just started to drip... - NIGHT STAFF (THE GUY THAT ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE) he is so rude, not helpful at all ...you should fire him like ASAP To The Management please check your ceiling a little renovation would help stop putting tapes on the ceiling just replaced it. We just check out early morning after the free heavy breakfast.

I saw the pictures on internet and seemed to be an acceptable hotel for boracay. But in reality I passed the most terrible experience ever! Starting from searching where was the entry of the hotel. No one know of this place and on the map it's wrong position. The entry it's only by the beach and it's far from the street. There was no light at the entry, so It's impossible to see the name of the hotel. Next to the hotel there are only two degraded houses and I couldn't believe that was the hotel I booked for. I entered the hotel at 21:00 and there was only the guard. I said I have a paid reservation but he replied that the reception closed at 18:00 and that he don't know nothing about reservations. I asked him to call someone from the hotel but he replied me aggressively "I DON'T HAVE ANY NUMBER OF THEM". After my insistence, he showed me the number of the administrative person, and I asked him to call because I didn't have any telephone number from Philippines. But he said he don't have credit on the phone and didn't want to collaborate. That seemed be incredibly. He was aggressive, impolitely and didn't care at all about the guests. At the time was to late to search an other hotel so I showed him the reservation and ask to give me the room. Now started the worst part of the story. The room was horrible. The sink was black of dirty as you can see from the pictures. Dirty everywhere. The mattress was not clean for months and very thin so very uncomfortable to sleep. Not even a soap was present. I uploaded the pictures that can speak by them self.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a bungalow and we were glad to leave, whether this had anything to do with the gale force winds or not I don't know. I know it's on a kite surf beach which is why I was so surprised that when the winds got up small pieces of the roof started to fall down, when you wake up in the morning (under a mosquito net that doesn't fit round your bed) you're covered in small black bits deposited by the roof. The breakfast was good as well as one of the staff members, who unfortunately I didn't get the name of (tied up shortish dark hair) who was very friendly and helpful. However, other staff were less helpful and bordered on rude, quite shocking really. At 6pm the guard starts there and he has no idea, so don't expect any help or information. It seemed a really nice place but it's just a shame that small things like holes in mosquito net, Windows not shutting and it being so loud in there that let this place down.

Great localization for kitesurfers, just by the sea, with nice view. 10 minutes walk from the white beach, so close, but more quite than there. All day breakfast and friendly stuff. We can recommend with all responsibility!:)

This place has no special hotel features but that is something that we like about this place. Very laid back, traditional and homey ambiance. Front beach (bulabog beach), free sumptuous all day breakfast from 7am to 5pm, very cheap accomodation specially for group, 10 mins walk from Whitebeach and 5 mins walk from D'mall. They clean up our room everyday. Good staff, very responsive owner all the way from Germany (Hi, Kathrin, Hope to meet you soon.) We will surely stay at your place again.
