Spent 4 nights and Henann Garden in a Grand Room. Did not opt for the rooms that walk out on the pool(s) and was happy with that selection. You sacrifice some privacy for being able to walk right into the pool and we were only a 30 second walk to the pool from our 4th floor room which had a very nice view of the pools.
The room and the resort are maintained really well and everything was very clean and manicured. Our room was a good size for our group of 3. My only complaint is the rooster that lived next door to the hotel. That thing had us up at 5:00 a.m. every morning so beware if you are a light sleeper and have a room in that building (ours was room 487).
The hotel has several very large pools and you could always find one to yourself most times of the day, even with the resort fully booked as it was during our stay. Very peaceful. You didn't notice any crowds except at the breakfast buffet. The buffet was good with mostly Western food. At other hotels, we sometimes will opt to go off property to eat, even if breakfast is included as we don't always like the hotel breakfast choices. Not so here, we ate in the hotel for breakfast every day.
Access to the beach is quick, maybe a 2 minute walk.
The best part about the hotel is the staff. All smiles and quick to help. In particular, Apple was super helpful and efficient helping us with a problem we encountered with a vendor on the island. Thanks Apple! She intervened on our behalf and got us a solution that worked. We also had occasion to interact with Nina, Maj and Elena and all were efficient and pleasant.
In general, everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcome from the minute you walked in. I would certainly stay her again if I was opting to be on the busy section of the beach (Station 1) where all the action is.

We booked 2 nights for 2 deluxe rooms and we were very thankful to Vanessa from reception because she was able to give us an early check in with a warm welcome. The maintenance of the resort was really good because we got the cheapest rooms available which I believe was in the oldest building among all the buildings in the resort but the rooms were so well kept that it still looked brand new. The room can actually fit up to 3 people because there was one double bed and one single bed. I’m really thankful because the building our room was located in was in front of the breakfast buffet area as well as 2 pools in front. Actually no matter what room you are placed in, there are pools everywhere in the middle of the resort. In addition, we thought that the beach access was really convenient and safe because you don’t need to pass through the very small streets and also there is a guard on shift 24/7. Lastly, kuya Jessel who took care of our bags when we left them after checkout was very kind and courteous. Will surely come back here again 😊

We stayed in Henann Garden for 5 nights and the service is excellent. All their staff are accommodating and very friendly. We feel safe even though there's a pandemic because they see to it that the rooms and amenities are properly sanitized.
The hospitality of the staff is superb especially to Jay (Dine-In). He always greet and smile every time he saw us in the Henann. He assist us with our order and made extra effort to asked what else we need. Kudos Jay!
Overall it was an amazing resort to stay in Boracay. 10/10

Room is great! Clean linens, bedsheets and blankets. 2 pieces of mask, small alcohol and baby wipes are provided. Cozy and relaxing room. Attentive staff in the pool side. Great massage experienced from Ms. Dina. But... upon arrival, we don't have hotel room slippers and needed to request twice before receiving the hotel slippers. We just realized on our last day that the hotel didn't provide our bathrobes (because we visited a friend that also checked in in Henann garden resort and they have bathrobes provided) There is only one toothpaste and toothbrush provided (it supposed to be two, standard) and we did not bother anymore requesting in the hotel because it's too toxic to call the housekeeping (hotel slippers experienced) I felt that we did not get the price we paid for because of incomplete room amenities and hassles calling the housekeeping. The operator in dial 0 is not well educated in the hotel policies because the female staff told me that my massage service charge cannot be charge on our room. Good thing Ms. Dina (massage therapist) is well educated and honest to tell me that they can charge the massage service in our room. Free breakfast is provided and the food is somehow great but no corned beef provided. Will have second thoughts booking in this hotel again and might not recommend to friends unless, they will provide a very low price or promos. FYI: There is a security deposit of ₱2000.00 per day in this hotel so be prepared.

We had a nice spacious room. Would have given it 5stars if only we were given a room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the family room we got was somewhere at the back and had no balcony where we could dry our clothes. We tried placing the clothes rack outside our room to get a bit of sunshine but we were told to put it back inside the room. Also, beach access from Henann Garden to beachfront was not yet opened. We had to pass thru Henann Regency so it was kind of inconvenient. I wish they have warned us ahead of time about it, there was no mention about the closed beach access on their website. Other than those, we had a really great stay. The family room was really spacious, with 3 single beds and 1 double/queen-sized bed. We had 2 bathrooms, a couch with table, 2 dressing tables and one coffee table. We were provided with complete toiletries—-bath robes, bath towels, slippers, laundry bags, shampoo/conditioner/soap/toothbrush with a small tube of toothpaste. Breakfast buffet was at Garden Cafe. Food was okay and variety is just enough. But there are more options at Henann Regency (we stayed there in 2021). Staff were nice and friendly too. Overall, we had a nice experience :)

Hennan is my favorite hotel as of now. They have friendly staffs that is more than willing to assist you. Even the front desk are very delightful. I would like to commend Sheena from the frontdesk for giving us a warm welcome and good deals for our stay. We got our pool side room at a very very good deal. Thank you for that.

Our last trip to Boracay was 2018, before the rehabilitation period and pandemic, so we were expecting a lot of changes and improvements in the island.
We booked at Henann Garden Resort for a 5D/4N vacationast Dec 18, 2022. Our room is at the 3F, 2 adjacent Premier Rooms as we requested, since we’re a family of 5. The room is spacious and neat, air conditioning is good. The bathroom is clean as well, complete with toiletries and assorted towels. The kids enjoyed the tub, though too slippery for me. For our 5 day stay, we only experienced small issues in the housekeeping such as no room slippers in the room, forgot to refill the coffee/tea, but was promptly addressed once we called them.
The whole resort is clean. Considering that the floors are always wet at the poolside, it was not slippery. So that’s a plus for us, as we have a 5 year old who keeps on running around the resort. There’s a designated smoking area; however, one of our neighboring room might have forgotten there’s no smoking in the bedroom, smoked outside his balcony. But this was again addressed by the staff when we called their attention. Our kid has asthma and their room was next to theirs.
Pool area is great. Towels are available, and you can also borrow banig/mat if you want to go to the beach. The resort is not beach front, but really close. There’s a private walkway going to the beach from the resort, so that not a problem.
Breakfast is also great, lots of food choices. You can also request latte or cappuccino coffee 😍, if you don’t prefer brewed.
Front desk is very accommodating, specifically Ms Louise and Ms Myla. They addressed my concerns about our reservation for the New Year, less hassle for our family. Jessel, another staff, was really helpful during checkout. Even helped to weigh our bags prior to leaving, tô make sure our luggage will not overweight. We kind of bought too much pasalubong 😂.
Airport transfer is superb as well. We did not have a problem from arrival to departure. They have their own ‘port’, so you don’t have to queue a long line to pay for your environmental and other fees. Especially, as we travelled during the peak season.
All in all, we had a great time.

Henann Garden delivered when it comes to cleanliness and service. I was so impressed of how they clean and maintain their pools daily. Room was well provided from slippers to umbrellas and to unlimited towels (room and pool towels are separated). Food was so good (breakfast and dinner) buffet was 10/10. Wait staff, pool bar staff, and attendants were all accommodating and friendly. Ms. Apple was so good at her job. Sir Agustin was friendly and available all the time. Ms. Sheena made sure we were all comfortable. Bed and bathroom were so spacious. Amenities were perfect. Easy access to the beach and bars. All was just plain black and white- Hassle free services. Massage and room service were all provided and well-organised. Thank you everyone at Henann Garden! My parents were so satisfied with your services. My nephew enjoyed the pool from opening and closing. That was definitely a well deserved family holiday. Worth every dollar spent 😘 we will be back for sure.

The place was great. Very clean. They always spray disinfectant when one guest leaves the facility before allowing another to use it. Ms Krizzia of the Front Desk and Kuya Agustine, the Pool Attendant, were very warm, kind and accommodating. They really are very nice people.

Very un organized resort. Their website is not accurate with their amenities. The pool closes at 9pm for water maintainance so they have to close the pool. What kind of hotel closes the pool early to do their daily maintainance. So dont pay extra for the room with pool access. Its just waste of money. Checking in the worse!!! You got to go tru hell. The fd managers doesn't care and no sympathy with paying guest. The restaurant is ok. The supervisor emman handle the restaurant well and provides a very accommodating team for the guest. The food selections is fair.
