Henann staff are very friendly. The facilities mau need a bit of upgrading soon so it can compete with the other hotels. But the Garden pools are so refreshing to the eyes. The food may also need a bit of improvement but all in all 4/5. But because of how the staff are assisting us in all we need I am giving it a 5 😊😊😊 Special thanks to Donita from breakfast buffet. Guard Mationg, who guides us and ensures we are safe. He even suggested a party place for is to go. 🥰

the crew are all approachable, nice and accomodating except for the guard on duty Satuday December 9 around 8:30 pm.. He is so suplado tsaka medyo bastos pag sumagot sa mga costumer.. napakaganda na sana ng over all experience namin except for this one.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and Ms. Celsa was more than happy to let us in early at 11am. This was very convenient for us since we have a grumpy three year old with us. The staffs are friendly, no one would miss to greet you. Airport transfer is very convenient as well. Overall, 10/10

The hotel is decent but i would not stay again. I checked in for 10 days solo on the 17th. upon checkin i was told there is a strict no outside food or alcohol allOwed in the room. this means no beer no wine no nothing. They dont even have a mini bar. I asked can i bring a bottle of wine? Only with a corkage fee. Ive never in my life heard of this before. Also no leftovers from dinner no bringing a pizza back to the rOom. You muSt order from the mediocre room service that is in line with expensive room service at most hotels. I fell in love with boracay and decided to extend my trip by 12 days. upon checkout they wanted my flight information for the transfer. I explained im moving to another hotel. They seemed confused but did not ask me my reason even. Anyway im in another hotel without these regulations. They would have got 1 star but they are still taking care of my transfer back to maticlan on december 9th im taking my luggage back to thier lobby at that time. crazy for 7,543php im not allowed to have a beer and a slice of pizza in my room…

They offered ferry & shuttle transport to and from the airport and hotel. The buffet breakfast is the best. With own access to the beach. Already our second visit. One of the great staff was Joan :))

Henann will always be my go to place whenever we go on vacation. The service, room, food - everything is topnotch! 🌟 Me and my hubby had our honeymoon in Henann Crystal Sands back in 2021 and now that we have our small infant with us, we really enjoyed our stay in Henann Garden last Nov 19-22, 2023. 💖 I was also surprised to learn that the service crew in their buffet, Ms Marynelle Marciales, remembered us back in 2021 in Henann Crystal Sands. Nakakatuwa talaga! 😊 She deserves to be recommended. She helped us in our needs and made sure our stay in Gardens are well taken cared of. Also, would like to recommend another service staff, John Welvien for assisting us in your breakfast buffet since we have an infant. He attended to our needs promptly. Thank you! Very happy to stay with your resort! Special thanks to miss Rona from the reception. She really helped us perfectly. My recommendations. Joseph was there for us every breakfast, he was a delight everyday. Thank you for helping us with a big smile despite all my requests.
