The location is the best - beachfront with a good sand area in front of the hotel - easy access to all stations. Room sizeable, aircon good, comfy and clean. The bar/eating staff the best - they set up a table wherever we wanted it and if we wanted something "off menu" they'd go and source it at another restaurant! Great, great value - well done.
This stay is quite disappointing because it was not a peaceful stay. It is a given that you go to Boracay to relax and recuperate but we did not achieve that because there was an ongoing renovation exactly above our room. We did not receive a prior heads-up because if we did, we should not have pushed through with staying. It wasn’t tolerable. It was disturbing, distracting, and is causing a headache. I called the front desk minutes after checking-in and asked for us to be transferred but it wasn’t granted. I asked for a refund instead but they offered that they will not resume renovation until the next day (Saturday). I appreciated it and expected that since the day after is a Sunday, there will also be no work done. I slept late last night and I woke up at 8ish AM due to the unbearable noise on sa SUNDAY. They did not stop the operations instead offered us to be transferred to a room in the first floor but that did not make sense since we will also be checking out. Breakfast was not good either. It was 4/10. Choices were poor. Hopefully next time they can serve even just two selections, but, delicious. What is commendable though is the staff is helpful and they always smile. To end, they should not allow guests to stay in rooms affected due to renovation because it’s pointless.…
The best I can say about Royal Park is its great location - beachfront on station 1 with a very affordable rate. Staffs are attentive, courteous, and helpful. The room is spacious, and with complete toiletries replenished upon request. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast food. Only 1 out of 4 breakfast was satisfactory.
Compared to the other hotels and resorts I stayed in Boracay, Royal Park Hotel is quite simple. It has very limited amenities. Very basic ... AC rooms with toilet and shower room, hot and cold waters, TV with cable channels, toiletries, etc. No spa, no swimming pool, no wellnesss center, and so on. But, in compensation, the room was very spacious, with two queen-size beds, the location was great (beachfront), and service was excellent! They responded immediately to my requests everytime I called the front desk! All the staff members were very friendly and hospitable! Highly commendable!
Royal Park Hotel exceeded our expectations and made our family stay worthwhile. I booked them via Agoda with Agoda Cash discount 🤩 and here’s a quick link to their site for further reference. Overall Value for Money ❤️❤️❤️❤️💛 Check-In: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Their frozen iced tea was a great welcome treat for tourists coming from a long travel under the scorching heat of the sun. Check-in and room orientation was efficient. Kuya JR, thank you for that complete orientation! Room, Equipment, etc.: ❤️❤️❤️❤️💛 We availed of the family deluxe room with queen twin beds good for 4 pax including a child. Room and bathroom was so spacious it can fit a family of more than 4. Bed and linens are spotless as well as towels. The hotel is old but well maintained. It was well equipped as well with working ACU, heater (for hot showers), bidet, kettle, ref and hair blower. I only wish there is a vault but overall the hotel is secured. WiFi is also available per room and is usually fast in the morning. Room bath towels were not allowed outside but they offer to lend you beach towels when you go to the shore or take a swim. Breakfast Buffet: ❤️❤️❤️❤️💛 Our availed room comes with a breakfast buffet. They’re selection varies from regular meal (rice, sides and viand) with soup, pancake and bread with marmalade and butter, salad and drinks (coffee and iced tea). It is the best set you can get among the hotels in Station 1 at affordable rates. Location and Accessibility: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Royal Park is the only hotel along Station 1 who has benches fronting the beach so I personally chose this for my parents and kid. You can choose to walk along the shoreline to get to d’mall or ride an e-trike. They have an entrance along the main road which can also get you to d’mall within 5 minutes. What we loved best is that it is far from the happy hour bars from Station 2 and a few meter-walk to Willy’s Rock (Boracay Station 1 famous landmark). Staff: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Royal Park was one of the few friendly and accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered with for all my travels. My parents did not have a hard time talking to them and getting to know the place even better. Kuya King, thank you for all your insights and would surely love to try the boodle fight next time. Kuya Wals, thank you for that affordable island tour hopping and point to point transfer deals you have shared with us. We will be back and will surely choose Royal Park next time! Our first time here in Boracay. The entire staff are so friendly and recommends you to adventure tours that's worth your bucks and keeps u coming back for more. Shout out to Precious at front desk also, she's the friendliest one there. Food is excellent. Room is always clean. Will definitely come back again
Check in was smooth. We came earlier than the check in time. But the staff were very accommodating. They accommodated our luggages so we could start exploring the island while waiting for our room. Staff king were very helpful and accomodating. Plus very knowledgeable. He gave a lot of tips so we could enjoy the island without breaking our budget. 😍 thank you for a wonderful stay! Tips: you may actually buy fresh seafoods at E Mall, and ask the hotel staff to cook it for you at a minimal charge! Their chef cooks very well! 🥰
1. Good location because they have a beach front where you can relax 2. Good size of Rooms, Clean Rooms 3. Nice staff from reception to restaurant, very accommodating. 4. Not Good in serving breakfast. They offer free breakfast but food choices is not on their priority list. Owner wont give extra mile on preparing good food even if guest are paying. They don't have any option not to avail breakfast but food is such a crap.Breakfast is a very important meal of the Day. Guest are paying what you ask for but your not giving time and effort to prepare good food. You have the best location, good price for the room but very POOR in food service during breakfast.i should have given you a 5 star which you deserve because of your location and rooms but very poor in food service. 3 star is fair enough.…
We had our family reunion and stayed at this resort for the first time last March 26-29, 2019. Our room was at the ground floor and had a window but covered with curtains. If you look outside, it's an abandoned lot which seemed to be a resort/hotel that was demolished. Resort was definitely beach front and walking distance to DMall and restaurants. Bathroom shower floor gets clogged with sand and takes a while to drain, toiletries are provided including toothbrushes. There's free breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. serving fresh fruits, pancakes and filipino food. Coffee is only instant coffee, not brewed but Starbucks is walking distance only. We arrived 11 am but had to wait for 2pm check-in time. Since there were many guests, they could not let us check in early and had to wait until our rooms were available. Rooms were kinda dated and so was the toilet, the sink, and lighting fixtures. If you just want a place to stay that's within the center of everything and inexpensive, this place will do. Staff are friendly, no doubt. But I was a bit concerned about the security as the hotel had two entrances: one at the back (highway side) and the other from the beach front. The back entrance coming from the street was open and and had no security guard, only a cctv cam. This door leads straight to the hallway where our room was located. No safe inside the room, only drawers. We had to lock our belongings inside our luggages each time we left our room. Overall experience was pleasant. However, if ever I return to Boracay, I may not stay here again knowing that there are newer and more dated resorts nearby with more amenities to offer at the same cost. …
This is a Hotel situated in Station 1 which give us the great white beach and fantastic sunset view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is nice although not much choice and it is within walking distance to the east side of the island if you want to see the sunrise as well. You can get a free sim card with 3 days credit and I used it and considered it as very good.
