The location in station 1 was very nice however their facilities and the structure is too old compare to other beachfront hotels. The price is quite expensive for this kind of structure. They checked as in 2 hours late because they re still cleaning the room. What you see on their website does not show the true situation of the...

This place is a DUMP !!! We just returned from Boracay and because we stayed here was a horrible vacation, just returned yesterday, May 9, 2016. Everything in this hotel is broken. The people in the unit next to us didn't have hot water for 4 days and our room was dirty when we arrived. Water doesn't drain in the...

We were upgraded to pool area room bec my husband is pwd.Their uphill rooms are 30 steps up(maybe) from the pool area. 1. AIRCON My husband complained about the air-condition, it was too hot. So their staff said it's bec. it was just opened. We waited for 1 hour to see if it will cool down. Unfortunately, didn't cooled as...

Location and some semblance of cheerful service are the only things going for this property. The property is on the brink of being run down and barely holding up. Even the signage is sad. Many of fixtures are either missing or mismatched. It is such a pity when you have seen the Pearl of the Pacific at its height. You...

We tried their buffet breakfast in Pear of The Pacific Boracay. We have availed for that for about P350 per pax (I think they have a discount at that time). The only thing I like is the location and the brewed coffee. They have to improve on the quality of the food. They should have more choices.

Everything about Boracay is true and staying here made quite a wonderful impression on our Balikbayan and American friends. We appreciate the assistance for the entire staff from their reservations to the reception for making our group enjoy our trip. We were originally booked to stay at their hillside rooms but since I mentioned we were travelling with some Senior...

We were supposed to check in a different hotel however there were 5 of us in the group and when we said we wanted a room together, they offered us a discount. They ended up being the best option so we decided to book a poolside suite. Before booking we asked to look at the room and we were not...

This hotel was certainly not as bad as people had been saying on here. I was very pleasantly surprised, partly because I didn't expect much before booking. I must say, though, that some of the reviews on here were extreme, and after staying for a bit I am now skeptical about the credibility/authenticity of some of the reviews. What is...

I read some reviews before going here both good and bad, decided it was worth trying as other 3-star and above hotels in the area are much more expensive. For the cost you are paying a premium for location, which is excellent. Initially we booked the Hillside rooms and as a few reviews pointed out it is difficult to reach...

I have been here twice and managed to stay at different rooms. I found that the experience may differ depending on your choice of room. Suggest you inspect the rooms first then ask to be moved elsewhere if you are not satisfied with what you see. Also try canvassing in the area to better grasp the value that you are...
