We weren’t totally aware that hotels offer packages to make your vacation more convenient not until we availed the Desire Package of Henann Lagoon Resort. It offers 3 days 2 nights stay with complimentary round-trip transfers via Caticlan, daily breakfast buffet and set dinner at Lagoon Café. Their transfers will give you a smooth experience entering and exiting the island for the reason that you won’t have to line up anymore. You shouldn’t miss dining at Lagoon Café because it has a fine view of their 1,200 square meter Lagoon Style swimming pool. The ambiance is like you are in your own private resort while eating world class international cuisines. I’m glad that I got to spend this awesome package with my best friend and we will certainly recommend this to our family and friends.

One of the best resorts in Boracay is Henann Lagoon resort. I keep on coming back because there’s something in this resort that feels home to me. I love the fact that this location allows me easy access to the bars and restaurants of the island cos I’m a certified party girl who loves to try new drinks/foods, and at the same time gives me an instant retreat when I just want a few hours of luxury and peace. Their “deluxe room” is the cheapest among accommodation choices, but honestly being the cheapest doesn’t mean comfort and luxury are sacrificed well in fact every corner and details of this room is worth every peso you pay. I’m going to miss the cleanliness of the bathroom and the softness of the bed for sure! I loved how friendly their staffs are and of course how this resort can easily provide the needs and meet the expectations of every guest. Thank you Henann Lagoon for the excellence service you always provided. Keep it up!

If you are looking to experience an enjoyable getaway, excursion, or vacation with your loved ones, Henann Lagoon Resort is the place to be. My friends and I were very impressed with what they had to offer, from their scrumptious food, accommodating and very attentive staff members, to their world-class facilities. The rooms were properly sanitized, spacious, and well lit.
Everything was prepared smoothly. In fact, we have booked a personalized package with van transfer, breakfast buffet, and set dinner all for a very reasonable price.
During our first night in the hotel, we were very delighted with our set dinner. We capped off a wonderful evening with a 4-course meal prepared and served beautifully. It was really a 5-star hotel experience.

It's my fiances first time in Boracay and she chose Henann Lagoon Resort for us. We decided to upgrade our room and they gave us such an amazing room- it was beautiful and spacious with a view of the pool! All the staffs were very friendly and polite, and always had a smile on their faces- from the ladies at the check in desk to the gentleman who helped us with our stuff all the way to our room. The breakfast was one of the best part, they have everything you could possibly want for a breakfast buffet. The awesome bartender at the pool bar made us quality drinks and was very accommodating - gave us two free drinks! The shuttle from the hotel to the beach was very convenient; it made our trip a lot easier! Our experience was definitely five stars from start to finish, from the welcome drink up to the moment we got escorted to the boat back to the mainland. For sure we will come back and stay here again. Well done guys!

Service 10/10 staff are always there to help and they are very kind to the guests and the Concierge/guard is very helpful.
Food 8/10 because the breakfast buffet is ain't that much for a 5-star hotel. Mom and gf cooks better food 😋
Accommodation 9/10 mosquitoes was present in our room even though we had house keeping daily. My kid got a lot of mosquito bites on our 3rd day but the housekeeping provided us a mosquito repellant.

My friends and I got a chance to stay at Henann Lagoon Resort we love that different kind of vibe that the resort gave us. We stayed in a grand room which was very comfortably clean; they also have this very accommodating and friendly staffs that are willing to assist you at your needs. They even served very tasteful meals that you will crave for more. All in all our stay there was very unforgettable trip and will surely visit again.

My sister and I stayed at Henann Lagoon on 4/13. We were a bit worried because we are in a middle of a holy week and a lot of people are scouring through the port and a lot of people a checking in the hotel even before 12 noon. I am very grateful for this amazing F.O staff named ALYSSA. Checking in with her was so quick and easy that it she let me do some early check in. We were very thankful especially that we had a tiring ride and we just want to take a rest at the hotel as soon as possible.
Even though we only stayed there for the night, it was very obvious that we got our money's worth! ALL of the staff that passed by us were greeting us and it may be a small gesture but for us, it means a lot.
We chose Premier room and I tell you, it was everything that you could ever ask for. We felt very luxurious about how the ambiance, scent, design and (oh my god) the view, merge in one to make the room so satisfactory. They even had this bathtub and you can't even find this kind of feature in other hotel rooms.
The breakfast buffet IS THE BEST. I don't know, maybe I'm just a food junkie, but Henann Lagoon had every food available that suits your palette, whether you love carbs early in the morning, you love sweets as breakfast, you prefer short breakfast or you want full blast heavy meal. They had delicious foods but I particularly loved their french toast! I even ordered (room service) another French toast because I couldn't get enough of it.
And I think Henann Lagoon has one of the Henann chain of hotels that has splendid view of the stunning pool and restaurant. And if you're not a fan of going out that often, this hotel offers a peaceful stay and it'll make you wish you had another day of extension. 💗
(We stayed in a rainy weather but it didn't stop us feeling welcomed and experiencing the vacation break that we deserve!)

The price of the stay is total worth it. The amenities are in very good condition (gym not checked since we had to pay to use it). Pool is clean, wide. The room is clean and tidy. The room with pool access is highly recommended- although the price is higher if you are planning to stay all day on the pool, is amazing. If on the other hand you are planning to go to beach, a cheaper option is better since you can still go to pool. The dine in is good, different options for different nationalities and with good prices (30€ for 2 with fresh juices). The breakfast is very good. Many options. All staff is extremely polite, well mannered, always ready to help. A shout out to the receptionist Marielle, who helped us with the check in and check out. She has good communication skills and well experienced in accomodating. Important: if you make a booking online, you can ask for an early check in. Also, please keep in mind that on the check in a deposit of 6000 will be asked until you check out, if everything is in good conditions. All in all, Hennan lagoon “the best”.

Henann Lagoon is an amazing hotel! We booked Suite with plunge pool with extra perks of breakfast buffet with complimentary drinks and desserts upon our arrival. They beat my expectations by far and the photos on their website were as great as on its personal! Great food, biggest pool in the area and a very friendly staff almost everyone including the security guard. I love their staffs there, we felt like we are at home. My family loves staying there! My partner and I stayed here for ten days and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was a good location, not far from the beach (5 minute walk) and also within walking distance of some nice shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has its own mini shop for things like drinks, suncream, snacks and some other essentials and you can charge it straight to the room as well so made it really easy. It also has its own restaurant on site, breakfast was buffet style (6am-10am), fairly basic things you would expect from a hotel breakfast (egg station, bread station, asian style breakfast choices, cereal and fruits) and also provided a lunch and dinner service a la carte. The prices were reasonable and also the same for if you order room service which we did a few times and ate on our balcony. The wifi was fairly reliable in the rooms and round the resort too. Staff were friendly and also had a 24 hour reception which was good for us checking out early hours of the morning. The Henann chain offers guests from outside their hotel to dine in their restaurants so you can freely go to the other resorts and have dinner/breakfast elsewhere for a fee.
Onto the 'ok' part. The pool was massive but could do with some minor repairs and cleaning as it had worn away parts of the side and made it look dirty. The hotel has a strict "no outside food or drink" policy that it adheres to so if you're wanting to get something different for dinner you have to go out for it, same with snacks and drinks, they must be bought on site. The power cut out quite frequently, cutting out the wifi, the lights and everything so that was a minor issue that needs to be rectified. Other than these small changes we couldn't fault the place.

I would not trust any direct transfer given my poor experience with this hotel. You should be able to use credit cards which at least afford you some fraud protection.
