This is good place to stay if you like front beach in Boracay. Close to most of the island activities, so expect many people along the front beach strolling area where vendors and restaurants are located. Near the station 3 area, this is accessible from the main road through an alley going to the main beach. The rooms are good, although needs upgrade since the pandemic season. Explore the beach restaurants nearby & view the beautiful sunset.

Place needs some renovation but overall I had a nice time. Mr. Mike was very help regarding setting up a romantic dinner and staff Alona was super helpful and has a lot of energy and always have a smile on her face. All I can say is that the staff was AMAZING AND CHEERFUL, they just need to maintain the hotel and make it more lively. Pool jets wasn't even turned on and even the pool lights are turned off even at night. Food is good but can be better, I'll definitely stay again and hopefully Mr. Mike, Alona and the lobby staff are still there to welcome us. 5 stars due to staff and location

Ive been going to Boracay for 15 years. Ive stayed in everything from 2 to 5 stars and without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever had on Boracay. Im not going to go into details, the day to day staff are awesome but their boss Oliver the operation manager was nothing but frustrating irritating and spoiled our stay there. What was worse their head office didn't care when i raised my concern with them. Ignored me. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY CROWN REGENCY PROPERTY (there are several on Boracay) and do not stay at any hotel that Oliver may try to run!

I have been to Boracay several times over the past few years, and I have heard/seen Crown Regency properties in the Island. I Always have the perception of it being fancy and with good reputation. And this trip, I finally decided to give it a try and stay coming from a 1 night stay in Fairways. First, ETrike driver got confused and dropped me off in a closed crown regency property and said its the only one operating (although hotel is not at fault on this). After several minutes of walk, finally found the property along the white beach strip on station 3. Welcome was not as warm. Im not sure, felt like staff a little disconnected. Regular transactional check in process, keys given without advising me of the resort facilities or breakfast timings. I am not even sure if the pool is open. Hallways feel was not inviting and gave me a cold and sad vibes. Room was spacious enough, with balcony with a sad view of closed and empty building. Room needs a little refresh. Felt like being transported back to the 90s. No bidet in the bathroom/toilet. I asked couple of times some info about the area, and both staff were unsure and was not convincing and confident with their answers. The saving grace for me was the location which is easy access to the ever beautiful white beach. The breakfast experience was great with the only very pleasant staff I encountered during my stay was the lady assisting for breakfast (sorry was not able to get her name). She was very lively and much friendlier. I had to cancel my 2nd night and moved to another property because of lack of engagement and as well as property felt like it was not in a good mood and vibe generally. Nice location as mentioned, but some renovation is necessary. Breakfast had not much selection. The suite was quite dark with definitely not a nice view when looking out of the window. The selection at the Bar, which is quite a favorable location had not the normal drinks you would expect.

We stayed their for 2 nights and i am so happy with the service that they gave especially during breakfast. The hotel is a little bit old, they should maintain it. Even the ambiance of the hotel is not good.

Traveling to borcoy for the first time and hotel staff made us feel right at home. so lovely and great first impression , The excellent staff made the trip excellent with Care and Service around the clock. The staff are always professional and willing to spend extra effort in addressing questions and making one's stay comfortable. We stayed only 2 nights but wish we stayed longer. When we arrived in Caticlan a staff member from Crown Regency was there to help us with our transportation (boat and van) to the hotel - we made arrangements with the hotel prior to arriving - you do have to pay for your boat and terminal fee. We did have to walk like 2 minutes to the hotel because the van cant drive down the street where the hotel is located (too narrow). we had 5 big heavy luggage but the staff carried them to the hotel We were greeted with a nice cold beverage and smiles from all the staff. Our room was on the main floor - 2 queen beds- no view just a balcony facing other rooms. When we first got into the room it had a weird smell like sewer - was not sure if it was just our room. They had slippers, robes, lots of towels , and dental kits- there is also a safe in the room. You can get beach towels at the front desk. We used the 2 pools located on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good. It was different both mornings - they also had noodle soup available at breakfast because majority of the guests were Chinese. We got breakfast early like 7:30am because the seats can fill up . Overall it was good - i can get picky with hotel rooms but i knew this time i was not going to be in the room most of the time so as long as it was clean I am good. We were on Boracay for 14 days and we tried different breakfast at different restaurants the first week. Then we realise that none of them even came close to the quality as this place. The omeletts and the pancaces are very good, and cheap aswell. Comes with alot of fruit, bread and other sideorders every time. Next time we are at Boracay, this is where we will spend our mornings! :) Also very good staff working there and an amazing view of the beach.
