I stayed at Astoria Boracay with family to attend a destination wedding. The hotel is located at station 1 near the beach (at the rear), bank, spa, and restaurants and shops.. Transportation is available anytime with the security guards willing to help get tricycles. The reception staff especially Gracelyn and Bernard are cheerful and eager to answer our inquiries knowledgably and professionally The room has 2 queen beds, of ample dimensions, with modern bathroom. There is a fridge and microwave. Drinking water is free. Our room attendant, Alchie Sayson, kept the room clean and well-stocked. The swimming pool is huge aNd well-lighted at night with plenty of lounging chairs about. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner ad snacks buffet throughout the day. The beach is just a5 the rear of the hotel - plenty of time and space to enjoy the beautiful sunset

We had an AMAZING time at the Astoria. We were there for a Work-cation with our team and we could not have had a better spot. The meeting room was excellent, the food and service perfect. All the staff were amazing but a special shout out to JERRY who handled all our many requests from sun up to sun down. The location is steps from the beach and a small boat dock. The sunsets are beyond compare and you are close to all the night life and entertainment but still in a bit more quiet private area. I could not get over how good the upkeep of the facility is, from the pool, and beyond, it is clear that the owners, managers and staff take a special pride in the Astoria and work hard every day to make it beautiful. I wanted also to say that the acoustic musician (young woman) was so good! I liked her even more than the traditional dancers though they were lovely. We will be back for sure for fun as as well as work!

Upon arrival at Caticlan Airpprt, the transfer service provided by the hotel was already waiting for us. Their van and speed boat were clean, given that we are traveling with seniors and kids, it's really my pet peeve. The staff were nice and friendly too.
After the short ride, we were welcomed by the front desk staff. Check in was efficient. I've noticed how pleasant everyone was, specially the guy who assisted us with our luggages.
Our rooms were clean and neat. Just like the photos posted online.
Their housekeeping department was also prompt, even late at night. Ms Honeyboy made sure that our room was properly attendent to when our baby had a little booboo on the bed. We also appreciate her initiative to provide us water bottles upon seeing that we've ran out.

The Astoria Hotel is situated in station 1 which is very comfy. This station offers the best part of the famous white beach and it’s not so crowded. The rooms and facilites are great and modern. If you are travelling as family, the hotel is offering bigger rooms with two beds (for example Luxury or Premier room) which is worth the price. Besides, the hotel staff is always very friendly. This hotel can be highly recomended.

We love coming back to Astoria. Whether it be in Palawan or Boracay (Station 1 or 3). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always smiling and always at your service.
This June 5 -9, we are staying in Astoria Boracay Station 1. We availed of the round trip transfers because it is very convenient. Astoria people will take care of you and make you feel relaxed and very special from Caticlan airport to Astoria Boracay. They will assist everyone and makes sure that they be the one to carry all your bags. We are with our parents (Senior Citizens) and they have the utmost care for them. The Front Desk staff, Ms. Glysa E. was very patient and understanding listening to my requests (we booked 3 rooms). In Housekeeping, HoneyBoy is the one who’s very “maasikaso” very accommodating and friendly. She’s super sipag and malinis/maayos mag clean ng room. She’s also simple and humble. Only wanting people to be happy and satisfied with her services. Restaurant. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. All yummy and satisfying with a reasonable price. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. My favorite are Raul and Jaymark. Sir Milo is very accommodating. We are so spoiled by him. He’s very friendly.
Overall, my rating to Astoria is 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We love Astoria and we can’t wait to also visit other Astoria places.

From the moment I walked into the door, I felt welcomed. I was warmly greeted by all staff and security. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Toiletries were provided. I was given a complimentary fruit basket and upgraded tona poolside room. Ivan with the glasses at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. Milo the dining manager noticed every little detail. For example, the breakfast table had a slight wobble, but he noticed and fixed it right away. The location of this hotel is in a prime spot. What a comfortable stay. It is definitely worth a little extra money tonstay there. You can pay more for less at other hotels, but this one provides excellent value for your money. Thanks to everyone there for making it a great stay.

We just completed our 4D 3N stay in Astoria Boracay 1 and our overall experience exceeded my expectation. We arrived earlier than our schedule but we were able to checked in right away. The staff assisted us with our luggages in bringing up to our room.
Our room was kept fresh and clean daily by Honeyboy along with her enthusiastic housekeeping team. The pool was warm and no chlorine smell, my 2yo daughter enjoyed dipping in it and even learned some new skills floating around.
All the staff from front reception, life guard, housekeeping, and f&b team are very accommodating and provide service with a smile. The place gives us the feeling of exclusivity and privacy.
We are excited to try out other Astoria destinations too, looking forward to getting the same superb experience if not better.

Our top and only choice, Astoria Boracay is still at the top of its game in Boracay hotelier business. Aside from the glorious food and excellent beachfront location what we love most about Astoria is its hardworking and professional staff and management team. They kept everything polished and in order; The team never missed a step in all our requests - from little item pick ups to free dryer services. Special shout our to our fave Housekeeping staff, Honey Boy, who goes above and beyond keeping our room is tidy; He even takes initiative to quickly take on our other housekeeping requests. We're going back to Bora on Dec and for sure we'll book Astoria again for the 4th time. :)

I am a well- traveled person and in my several years of traveling and staying in hotels, this is the first time I had experienced someone as meticulous in cleaning as @Neilshun and @Honeyboy of Astoria Botacay. My wife had to call the front desk to offer her compliments. My family's 5-day stay at this hotel is extremely good and memorable. When you go out you can feel the serenity of Station 1 and if you just walk a few steps you can already experience the vibrance of Station 2. This is the best hotel here in Boracay. The location is perfect and the staff are second to none.

I'm not sure when were they last renovated, but they all seem pretty newly furnished to me. Not all rooms open to the pool, some are facing the roads and some are just in hallways. All rooms have showers, as far as I could remember.
