Very poor quality hotel for the high price that we paid. Needs renovation very rundown. Bathroom was not very clean and cistern was broken and we asked twice for it to be fixed but it kept running water all night which was annoying and sometimes would not flush. Room was very hot during the day and night and airconditioner was...

Located on Stn1 with a short pathway that leads to the beach. The pool is clean and refreshing. The vip deluxe room is huge for 2 people as well as the bathroom. I believe that there's a bathtub installed on every room. Though you'll hear the partying noise outside, I find it ok and normal since you're in Boracay. The...

Everything was just perfect! We were welcomed by a refreshing tropical drink that will definitely quench your thirst from the transfers from the airport. Ambiance is very relaxing despite the noise on the beach, the resort seems secluded because of the room's layout. The room is clean and very spacious with large bathroom with separate shower, bath tub and toilet....

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of Real Maris is ideal - practically on the action-packed beach but quiet inside the rooms. The staff was wonderful, respectful and helpful.... they even went out of their way to help prepare some gluten-free meals for us. There was so much to do in Boracay that we never made it...

This hotel had beautiful rooms and a lovely pool and it was right next to the beach, but also a little secluded for privacy. The cons were the smaller pool was under construction and the noise began as early as 6am and lasted well into the night. Also, I hardly ever had internet. I had to keep calling the office...

Visited Boracay May 30 to June 4. with me and 7 other members of my family. Here is my verdict of Real Maris Hotel, Great location - beachfront, with swimming pool, clean and spacious rooms but comes with a high price, it is worth it if you can afford. Reception staff are helpful and attentive - not had problems with...

“I had parents above 80 years and hotel was v kind to let us have poolside rooms at no extra charge so that they don't have to climb the stairs. Room 107 had a narrow view of the sea and my parents sat at the balcony to enjoy the breeze and people-watching.”
