It was clean and there were no bugs. I was happy that the hot water was good and filled the bathtub. There was no problem with the water pressure. I stayed for three nights and there were no problems with the water. There was a water server in the hallway and a pitcher in the room, so I was grateful that I didn't have to buy drinking water. There was a small clothesline on the balcony where you can hang up your wet swimsuit. At night, the voices of people playing in the pool are quite loud. In particular, the first floor is directly connected to the pool, so I don't recommend it for people who want to go to bed early. I asked my parents-in-law to decorate my room for my mother-in-law's birthday. The email exchange with the person in charge was smooth, and they prepared the colors and messages as specified. The set price for balloons, towel decorations, monitor displays, eco bags, etc. was quite high, but I was glad that my mother-in-law was so happy that she cried.
[Hotel]
The beach is right in front of the restaurant, so it's a great location for people who want to go to the beach. However, the road from the main road to the hotel is narrow, and it floods a little after rain, so if you want to walk around town, you need to walk along the beach or ask the front desk to call a jeep. There is a broker at the first floor entrance of the hotel who introduces activities, so if you ask there, you won't be ripped off. There is a small shop in a hidden place inside the hotel (it closes as soon as evening comes).
[Customer Service]
The front desk staff were generally quite stern, which surprised me. I didn't feel the relaxed and hospitality that is typical of the Philippines. But the cleaning and porter staff were cheerful and smiled a lot. Although I saw a few Japanese guests, most of them were Korean and Chinese guests, so I guessed that the front desk staff must have a lot of trouble serving customers. They must be busy during the high season, so of course their smiles disappear...
[Food]
It's not bad, but it's not good either. The breakfast buffet has few varieties. Despite being a tropical country, there are only three or four types of fruit. Even though it's close to the sea, there aren't many seafood dishes. The only delicious thing was the bread and waffles with kiwi in the dough. I tried the dinner buffet once, but the food wasn't particularly impressive, so I recommend eating both breakfast and dinner outside the hotel.

I paid for the pick-up fee in advance via PayPal. In return, the Henan Group will take care of everything from the airport to the hotel.
I stayed in a room on the second floor in front of Peach Blossoms. The room had a lanai, but it was so hot during the day that I hardly spent any time on the lanai. There was a screen on the window so mosquitoes didn't get in. However, if you leave sweets out, ants will come. There was no problem with the refrigerator cooling.
There were no problems with the water pressure, temperature, or drainage of the shower.
There were two sinks and a bathtub, so I was able to relax.
There was a welcome chocolate that was left for me, and it was delicious.
Breakfast was included, but I personally think the selection was small. But there was a full range of egg dishes, salads, bread, porridge, and fruit.
I also had a massage at the hotel, which was reasonably priced and was good.
The beach in front of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and relaxing (though you may be solicited to do some activities occasionally).
However, you can hear music from the restaurant below at night, so I don't recommend it for those who are sensitive about music (it's not too loud and only goes up to about 10pm, so it was fine for us).
You can walk to the nearby supermarket and restaurants, but it's a bit far to walk to the downtown area.
The hotel staff were friendly and responded to our inquiries immediately, so we were very satisfied.
The beachfront rooms are a bit expensive, but they are recommended for those who want to relax at the hotel.

Let me start with the positives. The staff here are amazing so no complaints there. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean although I did have to call housekeeping on one day when they forgot to do our room. The pool bar staff make excellent cocktails and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel location is also very good with lots of restaurants and bars nearby to keep you satisfied. One of the best benefits is the poolside massages that are excellent and only cost 400p (~$11 AUD) for a 1 hour Swedish massage. Great value!
Now for the improvement opportunities… The breakfast doesn’t cater well for western tastes and was very repetitive. Very little in the way of fruit unless you like watermelon. Items like bread and pastries were always in short supply and you were often asking for them to be replenished. Good hotels monitor food levels and replenish them when stocks are low.
The so called “happy hour” is the most abysmal I’ve ever come across in my many years of travel. There are 4 or 5 unappetising drinks on the menu which are only available in the main restaurant where you have breakfast or buffet dinner. This is not a place you want to spend time at, so we only did happy once in our time there. My suggestion is to have a wider array of drinks at the swim up bar or even the rooftop infinity pool.
All in all the place is ok but didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe my expectations were high, but we’d just coming from the Henann resort in Alona beach which was fantastic, so I expected better!
I would probably try one of the other Henann’s next we visit.

The volume of the pool bar is unmistakable and is loud all day long. Many families with loudly bawling children are not necessarily part of my relaxation.
When you check in, you will be charged P8,000 on your credit card - which you will get back about 14 days later after your departure?! What kind of behavior is this - I assume that thanks to this principle, the HENANN hotel chain CONSTANTLY easily holds money from its customers in the 6-digit USD/Euro amount. . . wow - actually a banking system.
I then experienced the shooting at breakfast -> at around 9.45 a.m. a service person comes to the table every day and points out that the breakfast buffet ends at 10 a.m. A tea that I ordered at 9:52 a.m. was no longer available because the teapot was empty. . . the employee said. . . the pot is empty. . . unbelievable for a hotel in this category. . . with these prices!
I cannot recommend the hotel and will definitely avoid it on my next stay in Boracay!

It was quiet at night if we were tired or a simple walk to the the front of the resort that touches the beach were all the action is.
I have travelled to many countries in the world, Baracay at the Hennan Palm resort is now my number one place in the world to come back to again and again.
The staff here are exceptional and did everything possible to make our stay a dream.
The buffet is amazing featuring food from all over the world to make anyone feel at home, with the seating that faces out out to main walkway and onto the beach to give you both the atmosphere of a tropical paradise while being part of the groups of people walking by.
I loved every minute i was here.
For those who have a sensitive stomach, i can conclusively say that the Hennan Palm goes the extra mile to make sure you have filter water and ice made from filtered water to make sure you stay well. I learned this was not always the case in other places i stayed.
Not to mention only being a 10 minute walk to unlimited options on the water: sunset cruise, helmet dive, jetski, sailboat ride, scuba dive, etc. Or 10 minutes in the oposite direction to dmall, for shoping.
Thank you Hennan Palm for out dream vacation.
I cant wait to come back.
As a result, we were forced to book a different hotel for our last night in Boracay. This was especially disappointing, given the resort’s reputation. Additionally, the service at the Palm Tree Café was subpar—staff lacked energy and a customer-centric attitude, unlike the excellent service we received at Sea Breeze Café at Hennan Regency.
While the rooms and pool were nice, the lack of customer care and inflexible policies made the experience feel unworthy of the high price. There are plenty of resorts in Boracay where guests’ money is respected and customer service is far better. I sincerely hope Hennan Palm Beach reconsiders its approach to handling guest concerns and policies.
