I only do reviews for two reasons, if the experience was so bad or it was so good that I consider it remarkable. Anything in between, I usually just skip. for this review, I guess you already have a guess. Pros: Customer service is really good from the guards, FO, Dining, Housekeeping to the Pool Personnel. I’m gonna namedrop some, Walden is very helpful and informative together with Therese and that other girl as well. He gave us really good suggestions and he also assisted in bringing our luggage to our room even if it wasn’t really his job. For dining, Junah and Nick are my faves. I used to work as a BSA in a fine dining setting and I really find it important that servers should always be aware of their surroundings and that’s what I liked about them. Even when they’re busy engaging with another guest, they have enough awareness to notice when someone from their peripheral view is calling their attention. Some servers albeit friendly and very engaging however lack this kind of special skill. I also appreciate that they treat our visitors nicely. I like how the breakfast menu thought not a buffet, but you can personalize it as long as the ingredients are available. Benz/Vince, the guard was very nice too. One time my visitor was so drunk and we were having a difficulty time to hail a tryke coz of the time, he helped us in getting one. There was also one time where he offered me water when I stayed very late in the dining area and he even shared me his off lotion coz there were a lot of mosquitoes. These little things, I really appreciate. Joshua is also very obliging and the perfect eyecandy in this hotel. When I noticed that one of the guests ordered a seafood bilao, he went to the trouble of getting the business card from the guests so he can provide it to us. As for the pool area, it’s very instagrammable that my friend and I had to do so many shots just to make the most of it. 😂 I wish there would be a separate area for the kids though. There was one time where in we were eating through the pool bar and this one kid kept diving behind us which was not only disrupting our meal, but it can be dangerous for the kid as well since his head might hit the stools. Cons: Housekeeping was really friendly and they do attend to our needs right away however, their way of cleaning could’ve been better. Smoking area is inconvenient due to lack of chairs and the sun shines directly to the area. Hope they can improve on it soon. Since they provide a WFH set up, internet should’ve been better but it is also understandable due to the typhoon but a back up should be available as well. The menu could also be more extensive. I hope the MECQ and ECQ wrap up soon as I know your hotel employees need jobs. 🙏🏻

The suite room was so great and comfortable. We have everything we need inside the four corners of the room. The moment we step outside the door, we have the best sight to see which is the landscape of the Hue Hotel. No regrets, no worries. All the staff are very accomodating and kind not only to us but also to all the guest as well. When we come back in the island, we will definitely stay in Hue Hotel again. #Room333

Ive been in boracay multiple times, since when i was in high school and it's my first time here in HUE hotel. I can say so far that this is the BEST hotel i've been in boracay. Starting from the staff welcoming us with a smiling and very cheerful attitude, not to mention the glorious ambiance of the hotel from the lobby to their pool and pool bar. At first i was skeptical when it comes to the prices of the food. But when i checked their food at LA-UD restaurant the price was very affordable together with their quality of food. We were both astonished by the quality of their food especially the crispy chicken sandwich that i ordered TWICE since it was very delicious. It can also be delivered to your rooms and have the in room dining. Another thing i liked about this hotel is its STATION X just beside Hue hotel where in you can relax and there are different mini activities there that your kids can play and other restaurants too but what we enjoyed most there is the COCOMAMA(mixed buko desert) it is definitely a must try! Lastly, the sevice of the staff was very fast in terms of the things you requested and they are very approachable and they always make sure to give you what you need in time. Kudos to the staff of hue hotel for helping me surprise my GF with a cake and song the night before my GF'S BIRTHDAY and another surprise for the day itself. Overall, it was splendid week for us and we highly recommend it to our workmates who will be visiting boracay soon and to other people who wants a relaxing, safe, clean, and very accomodating hotel! Great job Hue hotel! 👏

Had a great time staying in Hue Hotel! Everyone was so friendly, from security to front desk to lobby personnels (once you dipped yourself into the pool, they will bring towels to you so you dont have to get it yourself) We ate so many times in La-Ud Restaurant and everything was so good! Clam Chowder is the best especially when served by Joshua and the other Kuya who I forgot to ask the name :( We'll come back for sure! I recommended Hue to my friends already (the other one even booked right away) til next month! I'll be back 😍
