The food is not great. The rooms - yes, rooms, because we had two rooms and those were 4107 and 4108 respectively - are dimly lit, not dimly lit but dark that my senior citizen mom cannot properly see what she is doing in front of the mirror when we went out for Christmas night.
Also, we do NOT know where to put our personal toiletries in the bathroom as well. Plus the faucet is too close to the mirror that whenever we use the faucet in the bathroom, it splashes everywhere!
Lastly, during the breakfast buffet, there is jot seating arrangements and you have to sit wherever there is available after the previous guests and they don’t clean the tables AFTER the previous guests ate their breakfast for the next one unless you tell then to clean it up.
With that said, the staff are waayy nicer than we expect 😊

It's my first time to solo travel due to an unfortunate mishap with my friend. I was a bit anxious but when I stepped out of the airport, I felt secured and safe because the people are very hospitable and welcoming. Especially when I arrived at the hotel the staff members are all smiles and greets all the guests warmly.
SPECIAL MENTION and a great job to Lecel of reception. I never felt alone because of her! She remembered my name immediately. I am touched that whenever she sees me she calls me by my name and checks if I needed anything. It feels like I am home
I would like to give a commendation to Benedict of Concierge. He was the one who escorted me to my room. He is so bubbly and warm that it made me feel that he was a long time friend. I sincerely felt the genuine concern/care especially when he knew that I was flying solo.
Special mention to Ram the lifeguard at the pool. He was so friendly and helpful. I even learned to play table tennis because of him. Haha
Lastly, I would also like to thank Royniel of Housekeeping when I got back from the beach my room was spotless and he even left a note of the weather and a note informing of the event noise.
These 4 people deserves a raise and I hope they get it haha :)
I also appreciate the free shuttle going to D'Mall.
If I get another chance to go back in Boracay. I would definitely choose Savoy Hotel again. It's peace and comfort can't compare to any other.

Words cannot express how much my family and I appreciated our stay at Savoy.
Prior to our stay, the hotel organized our round trip airport transfer and provided us with detailed instructions well in advance. Although the airport transfer has a cost, there is a free hotel shuttle that can take you to different stations on the island. Thank you to Kuya Arnold who was always our driver and gave us a “mini tour” when we first arrived.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice warm washcloth and iced tea. Check in was seamless and the hotel was able to place our three rooms on the same floor. The rooms were clean and had ample amenities including a fridge, coffee&tea, water, and bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, etc. We had balconies with a beautiful view of the pool area as well as a partial view of the ocean.
We did the breakfast buffets and also had dinner at the hotel’s Cafe. The food was good and the servers and hosts were very kind, attentive, and patient with my family. I wish I remembered their names to give a proper thanks. There are also other options for dining within the hotel that we didn’t get a chance to try. But if you just want a snack or some boba, there is a 7/11, Gong Cha, and Potato Corner on the lower ground floor.
Every single staff member we interacted with, even just in passing, showed us great hospitality and assisted us with all our questions and needs. One of these helpful staff members was concierge Gregg Gemar who booked our activities, assisted us with transportation, and overall, provided us with excellent service. We booked island hopping with snorkeling and lunch included as well as an ATV tour. Thanks, Gregg!
We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to all the staff who made our first visit to Boracay such a memorable experience. We cannot wait to come back!

The location is a bit far from the main beach but shuttle service is available every hour (i would be great if they make the shuttle service available wvwry 30mins.) The hotel is great, clean and elegant. The New Coast Beach is majestic, the sand is prestine and the water is clear. I hope they can maintain the beach for a long time. Although they have tons of guest they we're able to accomodate our needs. Mr. RHEY LORICA was superb in entertaining us. He made sure we had a great stay. He even went out of his way just to assist us. He definitely deserves a raise. We unfortunately did not experience the pool foam party.

We went here last July 2024 and I felt comfortable last time so I decided to celebrate my birthday in this hotel as well. They staff surprised me with greetings and a cake. The chocolate cake was so yummy and it’very moist - just like how we like a cake. The staff were so welcoming that they greet you every time they see you in the hall way.
Our initial room was on the 6th floor. There’s a slight incident wherein the water dripping from the ceiling resulted into a puddle and made the floor slippery. We have reported this to the staff and they professionally handled the situation. They also made sure that my birthday celebration will not be ruined so they upgraded our rooms with the view of the pool and the Newcoast beach. Thank you, Miss Mye and Alli for assisting us in our room transfer. You made sure we were well-accommodated and our needs are all attended.
I also wanted to thank Kuya Gregg and Kuya Jerry for helping us carry our bags and also for the mini chit-chats we had along the way. You made sure that we feel at home there at Boracay. Big thanks too to Apple for making sure that our additional requests were delivered to our room in our last day as we prepare to check out.
My mom is also happy that I chose Savoy among the other hotels in Boracay, because the place may be away from Station 2, but we definitely needed that peace after all the activities we had in the 4 days we stayed in Boracay. She even joked that she wanted to stay a few more days. Haha! We just think that the Newcoast Beach just needs more cleaning and it will be a perfect private beach for the guests.
This is indeed a happy birthday to me. Thank you, Savoy Hotel Boracay and I’ll definitely see you soon again.

I had spent a total of 7 night the beautiful Boracay and my accommodation Savoy great it could be fantastic management focus on a very little thing can make a guest comfortable try to come back. The room is great good size and clean had coffee pot and coffee Tv with HBO movie’s fantastic there is water on the hall you can fail it the jar provided in the room my issue is the bathroom whoever designed that bathroom never thought things where they can be placed towels hunger above the toilets seat the both room had bad smell probably comes from above from the floor maybe isn’t properly done . Also the room be cleaned everyday via room cleaning sign but the room attendant they forget everyday I have to call each day to get some essential items hope management trained staff better. Breakfast is buffet because the same thing everyday I just had egg the whole stay other breakfast rise and other local food they should add variety for people’s coming from other countries. But to say that good friendly staff the swimming pool the private beach experience excellent the price affordable hope things will improve the next visit to the Island.

My husband and I spent 4 days and 3 nights at Savoy Boracay Hotel from 29Sept-02Oct 2024. The following are our experiences:
Location: 7.4 kilometers from Boracay Jetty Port to Savoy. We paid P500 for 2 for an e-trike for a one way trip.
Staff: Very friendly receptionist. We were greeted and assisted by Lecel. Our favorite shuttle bus driver is Chris. We felt how much he loves his job. He is the only one who would always mentioned about how long it will take to and from the D'mall with a huge smile on his face. He deserves a raise.
Room: Queen size with an amazing golf course view. Good hotel however some minor bathroom issues such as loose tissue roll holder and faucet on the sink. Bidet hose next to the toilet bowl is a bit difficult to get the water out. Faucet on the sink for the cold water leaks so we had to turn it off from the source after every use. Bathroom shower head needs cleaning. We love that the balcony has a clothes drying bar. Also, very clever to have a 2 water dispensers at each floor. It lessens the use of bottled water. You just need to refill your tumbler.
Hotel: Has a private beach which has calm waters and close to Boracay Keyhole. They also have a free paddleboard, kayak, sunrise watching, other adventures with fees include ATV, biking, Boracay Keyhole tour and crystal kayak. Swimming pool is also lovely, kid friendly and has 2 jacuzzis. We don't eat breakfast so we don't know what they serve in the morning. Overall, it is still a beautiful hotel and will definitely come back here.

We have been here 4 times in a row, but this time it was not as usual. Had booked a room with Golfpatz view but got an upgrade with pool view. The room was always damp and the balcony dirty when we wanted to change the room the next day we were told that all rooms were occupied. We could only exchange for 5 days, but another room size is available but we would have to pay. Two days later there was a company party with 600 guests at the hotel . That went on for 3 days, which was pretty annoying. For breakfast you had to wait because everything was full and these guests preferred , all over the hotel and by the pool stalls and buffets were set up for you. But the coronation came the next day when this company had a Huge Pool Party in the large pool and the other guests of the hotel had to have fun by the small pool. When we approached the manager she replied very arrogantly that she had paid for this party!! The argument we paid for our room too ignored you and left us standing. Guest service was therefore not available at all . In the remaining 10 days there were 2 more events!! I will not book this hotel again.

Upon arriving at the Savoy Hotel Boracay, I was immediately greeted by the breathtaking view of the crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. The warm and friendly staff welcomed me with cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, making me feel instantly at home.
The elegant and modern design of the hotel's lobby and common areas impressed me. As I checked into my room, I was delighted to find a spacious and beautifully appointed suite with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was tastefully decorated, blending contemporary aesthetics with island-inspired elements.
During my stay, I indulged in a variety of culinary delights at the hotel's restaurants. From fresh seafood dishes bursting with local flavors to international cuisine prepared to perfection, every meal was a delightful journey for my taste buds. The open-air dining options allowed me to enjoy my meals while relishing the gentle sea breeze.
One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which seemed to seamlessly merge with the horizon. Lounging by the pool, I soaked in the sun while sipping on tropical cocktails from the poolside bar. The pool area's ambiance, coupled with the panoramic ocean views, created a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Exploring the surroundings, I took advantage of the hotel's water sports activities. From snorkeling in the vibrant coral reefs to trying my hand at paddleboarding, each experience allowed me to connect with the natural beauty of Boracay.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the hotel organized a mesmerizing sunset beach bonfire. Sitting by the crackling fire, I shared stories with fellow guests and enjoyed live music performances that added to the enchanting atmosphere.
Throughout my stay, the staff's attentive service truly stood out. They anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From arranging island tours to recommending local hidden gems, their personalized assistance made my vacation unforgettable.
Leaving Savoy Hotel Boracay was bittersweet, but I departed with cherished memories and a deep sense of relaxation. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural beauty, and warm hospitality made my experience at the Savoy Hotel Boracay truly exceptional.

The hotel is located in the northern part of the island. Although far from the action, the area has well-paved roads and easy access to White Beach with the free shuttle. It has frequent trips so guests can easily commute to and from. E-bikes are also readily accessible so you can opt to return via that option if needed.
The beach is fantastic! Although the sand is not as fine as on White Beach, it is comparable. More importantly, it is CLEAN and clear of crowds unlike White Beach where the whole stretch from Station 1 to 3 was filled with algal bloom that stretched out to about 30 meters from the shore.
The hotel facilities are also very well maintained, equipped with a gym, two pools, restaurant and a pool bar. Being a long weekend, the queue for the breakfast buffet was quite lengthy. Food was decent but can be improved. Overall very good value for money.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and responded to requests within reasonable time.
I would highly recommend this hotel for guests who prefer to have more privacy and respite from the crowds in White Beach

Free breakfast buffet is included in your accommodation at Savoy Hotel. There are also food stalls in the beach area and coffee shops, a barand convenience store in the ground floor of the hotel. Other bars and restaurants are located far from Savoy, except Belmont, its sister hotel. If you want to explore other bars and restaurants, you may take the hotel's free shuttle bus on scheduled trips to Jollibèe, the famous Filipino food chain; or take the hop-on, hop-off public buses that pass the hotel every 15-20 minutes and bring its passengers to designated bus stops around Boracay island.
