The hotel was nice, clean, accommodating. Rooms were sufficient for my needs, homely and near to the beach. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The air con worked well. The TV worked well. Hairdryer was fast! Shower was fast!

Maybe 2 minutes of walk to the beach at most. Good breakfast (you get to pick it from the menu), with a distanced ocean view. WiFi is non existent though. It does have hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, plus 2 water bottles at the table were a nice touch.

Stayed at this hotel in November for a week and have nothing but good things to say. First off it’s a 30 second walk to the beach where there is tons of shopping and restaurants! Wifi is weak here. Hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. Complimentary coffee, water and tea in the room. Snacks in the room available for purchase. Toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner available in the room. Lots of channels on TV. Housekeeping tidies rooms every day! Comfy beds and AC that works great and keeps your room very cool! Breakfast included! Lots of items to choose from!

Great location, although far from D’Mall, you can ride multicab since it is near the main road and this just few meters from the beach so you can also enjoy walking on the shoreline towards DMall (a bit far though) hotel is also near establishments, bars, restaurant, small stores and the seafood paluto. We stayed at room 1A. Inside the room, comfy bed. the shower is broken, its falling off from the wall, also hard to adjust temperature, its either super hot or super cold. The linens are not freshly made/changed. Water bottles are not refilled per day. Not much of plug to charge your phone. Wifi has weak signal. Food is okay, presentable and reasonable amount. Friendly and helpful staff.

Me, mi amore and my family stays in this hotel for 3 days and it's really a good place especially for my parents! Good - I commend this hotel for having an approachable staffs(just one call and they will assist you) - For letting us to check-in early - Accessible and near to the beach - Spacious Room - Having our own balcony (each room actually) Sa kabilang banda - No lift (but that's okay) - Slow Internet speed (but that's okay again because we went there to enjoy Boracay)

Upon arriving at the hotel, my Mum and I were greeted warmly by Luxx's friendly staff. We got there pretty early, but they very kindly allowed us to leave our things so we can walk around White Beach until check-in time. Our room was at the second floor and we love it so much! It's super clean, spacious, comfy, and the modern design is simply gorgeous. We love the plastic-free containers of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Wi-Fi was weak on most days, but thank you for the notice on your website. We love the bottomless complimentary water, coffee, and tea! Luxx is very nicely located at Station 2. A short walk to the right will lead you to Main Road and an even shorter walk to the left is White Beach! We love that we can ask for beach towels before heading to the beach. There's also a bidet outside the hotel to wash off the sand from your feet. Goodbye, sandy hotel room floor! It can get a bit noisy on nights when tourists pass by, talking loudly. Despite its close proximity to the busy establishments in Station 2 though, it was peaceful otherwise and we slept soundly all nights we were there. Our booking came with free daily breakfast at Chili Jam Bistro located at the hotel's rooftop. We always had a super hearty breakfast because the food is absolutely scrumptious! Definitely one of the best meals we've had coming back to Boracay! Thank you so much, Luxx! We will surely tell our friends and family about our awesome stay!

I had a bad experience in luxx Boutique hotel (( includes concierge )) The stuff are so unhelpful when they help us they take commission for that or send us to their friends so sad to be there. The Wi-fi is so bad . The bathroom is blocked When we had our room its not clean at all the toothbrushes are USED!!!!!!! The bed sheets had semen !!!!! The towels are dirty and its colored with Dirt There’s No body wash or even shampoo only you will find USED and EXPIRED hair conditioner with unclear Lapel!! When we asked to clean up (make up) our room they didn’t come while they are laughing and informed us that they are coming now !!! After along time of waiting above 2 hours informed him that i will send an email .. they just finally came but with whole stuff to clean bathroom shameful.... I’m just wandering they’re 3 stars for what??!!!! If you want to lose your money and had a bad days come in here ... the baddest hotel that i ever come

They are very unresponsive and until now they haven’t credited the amount yet to my Aunt who has been waiting for her refund. They automatically charged her card on the 23rd of February and we called immediately after learning the closure of Boracay. Called them multiple times but still getting the same answer, “WE DO NOT KNOW YET WHEN WE WILL CREDIT YOUR REFUND BACK TO YOUR CARD/BANK”.

You may reach the hotel from the main road going through the side of Henann Lagoon/ the burned down d’ talipapa. The property is also accessible to the beach as it is only few steps and you’re there! The boutique hotel is noticeable compared to its nearby buildings as it is new and with a small garden-like design outside. Just recently stayed here and the staffs were nice just that check in was really at 2 and no room available for an early one. The room was not that spacious and design was minimal though clean. My only small problem was that the shower is only half covered by glass as to no glass door is placed so when I showered it mostly gives splatters on the floor near the sink.
