Residencia never fails to deliver, be it iindividual or group reservations. Booked our big family recently and each moment was a memory to remember. Service is spot on, not over bearing. And above all, warm hospitality is prevalent throughout the property.
I stayed at Residencia because it was recommended by friends. For the price, it seemed like a good deal given that it was located in Station 1 - where more luxurious hotels like Discovery Shores and Lind were located. Upon seeing the room, my first impression was that it seemed dated and a bit dingy - the furniture could definitely use some updating. It also had an odd smell, which would greet you each time you enter but would eventually "go away" once you spend some more time inside. What really turned me off though was that I saw a rat inside our room. It was bigger than a lab rat, pretty big and healthy - I saw it inside our room as it scurried its way under the room door. I was disgusted and thought that while I was "lucky" to have seen it myself, who knew where it was going when I was not in the room? I reported this to the hotel staff, hoping they would do something about it but all they did was give 2 towels to block the bottom of the door. I wasn't pleased with neither the situation nor the solution and ended up checking out 3 days earlier than planned and moving to a better hotel.…
Thanks for accomodating us during this long break of the island. Great boutique hotel just infront of the best side of the prestine Boracay beach. Good time of the year to visit. Less crowded and great food. Safe and exclusive setting to relax.
Hubby and I got a very good deal during the resort’s super sale with our deluxe room that has a balcony facing the beach. Residencia Boracay is a small resort surrounded by big hotel names (Discovery Shores, Henann...). The room has all the basics—hot shower, cable TV, mini ref, instant coffee/tea, safety deposit box, but we hardly stayed inside because it’s situated in a prime location by Station 1 (the best area in the island). We enjoyed the typical Filipino breakfast of silog, but their in-house restaurant, Sole, has a very extensive menu. There’s pizza, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, etc, and even happy hour deals on beer and cocktails. It’s a quiet spot (except when the nearby resort’s have live music at night) and family-friendly, too. Kudos to the staff who are warm and friendly. Residencia Boracay will be top of mind for me, especially because of its competitive rates. We’ll be back!…
we were recommended to this hotel because we were going to a destination wedding. The hotel was clean, the service was nice and the location very good. we upgraded to a suite with balcony and that made a big difference. As we were part of a large group we were treated extremely well. Breakfast was good and changed everyday.
Our stay at Residencia Boracay was great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The staff was great from check in to check out. Food was good and their selections were varied. Loved their Monte Cristo sandwich 👍 Breakfast buffet was adequate. They had omelet and pancakes that were cooked to order. We will definitely come back.
We stayed in Residencia Boracay for three days during the windy, rainy season. We wanted a beachfront boutique-size hotel, and that’s exactly what we got. Our room was a little tight with two queen size beds for three people, but we managed. The decor in the room was a little dated, and the bathroom needs updating- the shower head was really calcified so water flow was not good. But the hotel grounds were really nice and seemed to have been renovated recently. The breakfast was really good, but the restaurant options were limited and they were out of a few menu items. I really enjoyed stepping out of my room and only walking a few steps to the beach and having no trouble finding a lounge chair to relax in despite the strong wind and occasional rain shower. The location is also on the quieter end of white beach as fas as crowds on the beach. However, the biggest negative to our stay was at night when the noise from the property next door kept us up all night. Our room was on the side of the hotel next to the balcony of the neighboring property where every night people would gather and party all night. We could hear everything they were saying and doing and as the people drank more the louder they got. It was definitely a problem not just for us, but everyone else on that side of the hotel.…
It was a great staycation with the whole family in Residencia Boracay. From their accommodating staffs and chefs down to the sumptous foods and peaceful ambiance. The view and their location in Station 1 is already a plus if you really want to relax and enjoy. It is indeed a wonderful experience staying with them! <3
Residencia is at the right end of White Beach - Station 1. Scenic, quiet and a beautiful area. Staff were very good and food was high quality and very well presented. A good snmall clean hotel......you don"t need to pay the higher prices of other hotelas in Station 1. Great Value here.
My family were here here last December 9-11. It's a great location, beachfront, nice beach area, less crowd. The only problem is too far from restaurant. But they have their inhouse restaurant that offer great selection of foods but a bit pricey. Just take a tryke to Station 2 or at cityMall. rooms are good enough, clean and spacious. Breakfast are fantastic
