Romantic Dinner indeed. Definitely worth it. Bryan and Chary did an awesome setup for us. Both of them are very accomodating and easy to talk with. Privacy was superb and the food was yum! Thumbs up to the Chef as well and to all the staff of Henann Prime Beach Resort. Without a doubt, will recommend them to others who are wanting to have a well spent, romantic, and private dinner.
It was great to finally be back at the beach. Had excellent room accommodation which also had direct access to a pool, in case we didn't want to swim at the beach. There was excellent and super efficient service all the way from check-in to room service, to guest handling at the beach side and restaurant despite being fully booked. It felt like home away from home! Kudos to the attention and wonderful service provided by Marty, Bryan, Joemar, Grethel, Dan and Keevin!
There’s so much to like about this resort but there are also so much to dislike about it. We booked and prepaid a 10 day room thru expedia in the beach wing but forced to cut our Boracay break short to 6N/7D due to international flight issues. We have informed the resort ahead of time of this situation. As we booked a non-refundable room, we basically going to waste 3 days of our stay which worked out around Php20k (£310). I tried to negotiate if we can use excess payment as credit for the unused room to pay for some food/drinks consumption including airport transfers fee, but to my dismay, they said no and any unused days of the room will be forfeited including our money. We understood this and hoping for a great stay. The Room- upon checking in, front desk lacks warmth and unwelcoming, no welcome refreshments and none of that gimmick that they showed on their arrival lounge where staff greet you with seashell necklace and lovely smiles. None of that at all. We stayed at the beach wing, but our balcony is facing a construction site and creates construction noise from 8am. Not great if you need a rest in the middle of the day. We had a good size room with good amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room, however, lacks noise insulation. You can hear footsteps, elevator dings, trolleys passing and chatting on corridor. I am not an early riser and the noise did woke us up a few times in the morning where I nearly got up and say something to the other guests who shouts on corridors. The Food Our room comes with breakfasts, on arrival, we were given instructions to join in breakfast timings between 6-8am (mate I am on holiday and there’s no way I’ll get up that time) so we joined in the next round between 8-10am. Breakfast finishes 10am sharp. The food selection is great and tasty but very crowded. The Sea Salt staff are quite attentive especially Lynel who is rather sweet but the rest tends to act like their in a military squad. It lacks warmth and friendliness. We are one of the long staying guests as we were told but were only checked once on day 4 during our stay? Says it all. Perhaps our expectations need to be lowered as we received a completely different service whilst we were at Lagen Island El Nido, Palawan. It’s about making an effort. Felt like we were just part of a number really. The Resort The beach was to die for. This is one of the reason why we visited Boracay. We love every minute on the beach. The beach is crowded in the morning and sunset time. As we didn’t avail any activities on the island, we are hoping we could use the gym facilities. But this will cost an extra Php300 for 2 hours. I don’t get this at all- we never paid to use the gym facilities ever as a guest to any hotel so we skipped it. The most annoying part, we received several phone calls including the night before, to remind us that we need to check out at 12 and on the day of checkout which is on a Friday and that they are happy to extend our checkout time until 1pm. Bearing in mind, our room is paid for until Monday. So I feel we will check out in our own time until our transport arrives. We already explained this during check in, but no one has obviously taken any note of this and we have to keep telling them that the room is paid for. I got mixed feelings about the place, but perhaps will try somewhere else on our return in the future.…
Sooo bad!!! Service very poor!! Class C all in all not comparable to station 1 wll not go back very very sure. The staffs are inefficient except on the breakfast area. The food beru classC . No security on the beach front
Location is good if you want to experience Station1. Small premiere room well maybe because we chose the pool access room. But the staff in the front desk and restaurant needs to be trained a bit more. Not excellent service. The transfers though is smooth and the driver delivered a good service. I had to call 3x just for the additional floor rug to be delivered. Expected because we have pool access room so water on the floor needs additional floor rug. Annoying also in the resto when I reserved for the boodle feast for three orders and 14 pax, they asked me to pay upfront before they will cook the food. I told them Charge it to my room since I have incidentals deposit. It seems they are so skeptic that you will escape the bill. What kind of resort is that? They are lazy to verify the front desk if this customer is an in house guest. Embarrassing. More room for improvement but I can say I regretted staying 2 nights here instead of our 1st hotel in station 3 who delivered an excellent service to me and my family. I can’t help but compare. Also my relatives from the neighboring resort has way better experience. Hennan Prime, upgrade your service. Only the cleaning crew and concierge were at par but the reservation officer, front desk and waitress, more training. As for the amenities, very good but what makes it more stand out should be the people.…
Staying here for 5D/4N with my family for a birthday getaway. Our premier room is very clean and just about right. I am especially delighted that there is no yucky part in the bathroom which is a major issue with me. The state of the bathroom is always the deal breaker. This area decides if we will come back or not. In this case, Hennan Prime is a 10/10. The corners, the toilet, the tub (even though we do not use it), the fixtures, the flooring, even the grouts, the counter and the lighting were all a check for us. Pulido ang pagkakagawa. Kudos to the project manager! This says a lot about your attention to detail and quality. This is our first time in any Henann hotel so I can’t say with certainty if this is true for the brand or not. All others — the bed, linen, location of the room comes second. They are all a 10/10 in any case. I also like that there’s a drying rack at the balcony. This is a small touch that seems basic and yet not many resort provides this. So again thank you for anticipating the needs of your guests. The service staff needs continuous training. Some are okay, one or two greets you. Most are indifferent. I didn’t experience anything out of the ordinary customer service that may warrant any special mention here so I honestly don’t understand what the rave is all about with the shout outs in the other reviews. In summary, because of the location and room upkeep, this will be our go-to hotel when in Boracay.…
For the first time I visited Boracay for 2 consecutive months (june&july) both vacations I stayed in Henann Prime. This hotel hosted most of my travels in the island during the pandemic. As a regular guest the hotel always do it's best for my experience to be better than the last! The staff never fails to amaze me by delivering excellent customer experience. Both my land and sea transfers are seamless. Van driver Elven drove us safely to the hotel. He is friendly and professional. FO Elisa facilitated our check in, she happily welcomed me back. She did her best to accommodate my request for our bed and room preference. The first room assigned to me wasn't as cool as my room during my June stay. I told operation manager Keevin about my air conditioning unit issues. He requested the people in charge to take care of the matter absolute. Necessary action was done promptly but still the temperature in my first room assignment is still not in our most comfort. Manager Keevin transferred me to another room. As the hotel brand upholds it's commitment delivering excellent customer service, they will not let a returning guest to expeience less than his/her last stay. Thank you Jessa and Edrian for your assistance facilitating the room transfer. The temperature in the new room matches the coolness of the room where I stayed during my June stay. Thank you Keevin for prioritising our comfort. We had a very good rest and sleeping time. Room is spacious, bed, linens, blanket and pillows offers the most for our comfort. Room is clean, it gives us the feeling of safety for the entire stay. Housekeeping staff Maria Theresa and Rociegi prepares my room well and clean. Just the way we like, just like the way Hennan Prime keeps their room. Turn down service is very good. Thanks to all the house keeping staff who prepared my room, you guys are doin your job well! Breakfast at Seasalt restaurant is always delightful. Marty welcomed us very lively. I am delighted to be greeted by him every morning. Lea and Joemar also acknowledged me as a returning guest, expressing their happiness to see me again. Mar, Laurene and Marty make sure that everything we need is catered to us for a beautiful dinning experience. Food selection is wide, good and varies everyday. Security personnel are also friendly and professional. Odon of concierge is also very helpful, he assisted us with our luggages and drove for us during our send off. The strength of this hotel is really it's people. People giving out best service resulting to flawless, seamless and unforgettable vacation experience. See you again Henann Prime in the nearest future. I shall be back!…
Worst hennan hotel in boracay. Power tripping front desk who doesn't grant early check in unlike other hennan hotels that are affordable but offer great customer service. I advise you to check out better hennan hotels such as Park and Palm because this hotel does not feel prime at all.
Our visit and stay at Henann Prime was truly relaxing and indeed a wonderful experience. The staff was icing on the cake, sweet as can be and just as accommodating. Special thanks to Kim at the front desk, April the guard, and Honorable mention to MaryJay! No need to wonder if my family and I will return, just ask how many more trips. My answer is: "For as long as there is Boracay, there will be an US" Kudos to you and the Philippines!
I was skeptical to stay at Hennan Prime at first but I just went ahead and did it due to lack of planning. To my surprise, we were greeted with the warmest welcome of the island and each staff member served us well. Shout out to April, the night shift guard, to Kim, the night shift front desk staff, and Mary Jay for their great service. You truly truly made our short vacay a.memorable one. Daily breakfast buffet was spectacular. The beach was as warm as the people of Hennan and Boracay. Until next time, fine Hennan Prime crew! Our home away from home.
