Dirty rooms, cold showers, no shower curtains, no shampoo, towels have to be requested, Standard definition TV, queen bed is just two regular beds put together (so don't spread out, it's bumpy), wifi is a joke, dirty, rusty, smelly, has ants, no phone, no clock, no lockbox (even though they tell you to use one as they are not responsible...

Two stars for the very good location & affordable room rates. Unfortunately, this resort fail in many other areas. I've listed a few negatives below, hoping that it will help other tourists or motivate the owner/managers improve their business. 1. Lofts: the lofts are dated, dusty & not totally clean. The bathroom floor is always wet, water doesn't drain really...

Don't get the villa were they stack their wind breakers coz they will wake you up at night and early in the morning when they are moving them around. Plus current renovations made it impossible for us to have a good sleep in. Not to mention Inconsiderate tradies ( carpenters) who would start their noisy hammerings at 7am!. And noise...

The room smelled musty like an old cabinet. The ceiling looked like it was infested with termites or something. Walls were with molds. It was a good thing we checked in very late in the evening and checked out the next day as soon as there was a room available at La Carmela.

Been booked via travel agency. Lucky i'd already searched for other hotels in Bora thanks to reviews on here. Yes they are at the beachfront but that's about it. The front of the place, a bit too dark in the evening. Not very welcoming and not very pleasant for me. My husband and I opened the door to the room,...

If you want a cheap but nice accommodation, this is it; with karaoke if you want to sing; friendly staff; breakfast is buffet although you might want to wake up early or the delicious ones will ran out. Breakfast area is beachfront, nice ambiance.

I underestimated the place. In fact, the service is amazing. It's very easy to locate, very nice staff and I love the breakfast! The location is a bit far from Station 1, where everybody seems to want to go to but it's fine. The room is very clean and staff are very friendly. I love the vibe of this place....

Well.. the room is pretty small. Again, you paid for a very little amount, but.. the number of cockroaches in the room was just disgusting. The toilet also smelt bad. It is very sad. It's as if, they don't care anymore. I get it, it's an old building, but still, the room smelled old but it was really dirty and...

Villa de Oro Beach Resort is located at station 2 beachfront that offers buffet, mongolian and grilled dishes. I have tried all and so far the "Mongolian do it yourself" style works for my palate best. Room rates also come with Breakfast alone or Breakfast and dinner. New Rooms are available and others come in detached "bahay kubo" style. I'm...
