The hotel is located by the beach, but the hidden gem of this hotel is the buffet restaurant. They serve excellent Filipino food, and it’s all you can eat buffet. Also, it’s really cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend their restaurant to anyone visiting.

I chose the best location because it’s in station 2. Close to everything. In the middle of D’Mall . The room is spacious, clean and just right. I highly recommend Tides . The staff are all nice and accommodating. They have a band pn the 3rd floor every night. If you don’t want to go elsewhere, you can just go upstairs and enjoy the band.

Almost forgot to review this place but it did leave me with a good experience. My family and myself had a lovely time staying at the Tides. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and it was bang for our buck. It was close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores which made the trip really convenient and left us more time to enjoy ourselves. Special mention to Simon for making it a great Boracay experience. Customer service there was absolutely commendable. I was greeted with a warm smile whenever I met anyone. The rooms were spacious and modern that came with an umbrella which was a plus for me. Pros: -Complimentary beach towels. -An area by the entrance to wash the sand of the feet. -We got complimentary iced tea when we checked in while the room was being prepared. -Bidet -Free drinking water dispenser (saves you a bit of cash) -Spacious pool and a bar on the upper level. -Very comfy beds Cons: -I wish there was a microwave in the room. Would've been helpful for heating leftovers but I understand it might leave a smell in the room. Overall I had a good stay at The Tides. Hoping to visit again next year. …

Beware! If you book this hotel through Expedia you will not be able to obtain a refund if something comes up and you are unable to travel. We phoned 30 days in advance and neither Expedia nor The Tides Hotel would grant a refund. So we loss $960 USD.

I've always enjoyed Mongolian Buffets and hard to mess up. Needs to be stir fried at high temperatures and using thick sauces. Ingredients looked good, but slow cooked and wet soupy with no flavor. Rather than get ingredients yourself, they do which might be due to pandemic, and if you get noodles or rice that is 95 percent of the serving.

My family and I had their Eat-all-you-can Mongolian for dinner. Before entering, I already asked about the rate for both adult and child. They told me my 11-year-old daughter will only be charged half the adult rate. I double checked again upstairs at the roofdeck, before ordering, just to be sure, since my kid isn't really a big fan of Mongolian. Again, their staff reassured me she will be charged only half the price so we agreed. Service was really bad. Had to wait for at least an hour for our food. Venue was packed understandable we had to wait but they only have 2 chefs knowing it's peak season, and they continued accepting guests even though they can't handle it. A lot of their guests got cranky and started complaining, too. When we asked for the bill, my kid was charged FULL PRICE. I tried to clarify with their staff that i was told earlier about the rates but they only apologized and still charged her full price. Bad service + dishonest inefficient staff. Never again.…

We had a very pleasant stay at The Tides Hotel Boracay. Our travel dates were originally scheduled last September 2021 but due to changes in the level of community quarantine restrictions, we had to move our travel date. The Tides Hotel was very accommodating with that request. They are very responsive through e-mail and would also call if they needed to clarify requests. All of our requests were accommodated as well - rooms that were side by side ( we got 3 rooms), request for twin beds on each room, rooms in the upper floor to get better signal since we have work in the morning in some days we were there. The hotel staff were also very nice and warm, would always greet us in the hallway, and would immediately respond to the needs of the customers. Room has decent size and basic amenities are provided. Location is perfect! It is in the heart of D'Mall so everything is just walking distance and within reach. Thank you, Tides Hotel Boracay, for a very pleasant stay. Stay safe!…

We really love our stay at tides hotel, for its price you’ll get more than enough. Staffs are very kind , welcoming, and accommodating as in! I can’t describe enough how they treat their guest which such kind gesture 🥰. This will be our go to hotel at Boracay, also very affordable yet the rooms are clean and comfortable.

BEAUTIFUL hotel with great amenities. We stayed in a premiere room with a very huge shower area and comfort room and a very comfortable queen size bed. The room was VERY clean and spacious. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk (Simon) and the manager (JD). Every single member of the staff from check in to check out were great! I honestly don't have one single complaint about this place. The customer service is excellent, gorgeous pool area and nice bar and restaurant. Can’t wait to comeback and celebrate my birthday on February. Kudos, The Tides Hotel Team.
