Very good location especially at night if you and your partner is not a party goer. Big spacious relaxing room... Very good designs of the bathrooms... Only steps going to their restaurant upstairs will be a bit hard especially in the morning but the view is fantastic when u get there... We would love to go back and stay in...

This place is amazing! When we booked the Punta Cielo room, we were surprised at how beautiful it was. The pictures didn't do the room justice. It had a spa-like, luxurious feel with an amazing open bathroom and huge balcony. I was skeptical at first about an open/outdoor bathroom but it is actually very private. I felt like I was...

Thank you very much for your nice comments. Finally we were able to get rid of all the cocks nearby. We were able to convince our neighbor who owns the fighting cocks to move them somewhere very far from us. Thanks again! Punta Rosa Management

Perfect location, close to beach (just few steps) and restaurants, very quiet location at the end of station 1. Beautifully decorated rooms!! Nice roof terrace where you can have a drink and breakfast overlooking the sea.

A very nice and beautiful furnished hotel at the end of the beach (quiet beach part). All rooms are different. Most of the rooms have a beach view ranged from limitted to fantastic. From the breakfast terrace you have an amazing view. I had a reservation for 11 nights made through AGODA Hotels. The first 2 nights were a nightmare due to...

This could be a nice place to stay in Boracay because it is located in one of the quietest (within Boracay's limits) and best parts of the beach (although it doesn't have a beach front as such, the beach is just a few steps away), staff are accomodating and helpful (which is a rarity), the rooms are spacious and reasonably...

Just returned from our holiday on Boracay Island and felt I should let others know of the qualities of the hotel...the hotel was recommended to us and we stayed in the Punta Mare room. The room was beautiful, with 2 bouble beds and a large en-suite shower room. It had a small balcony which over looked the beach and the...

We chose Punta Rosa because of the reviews we read on TripAdvisor, and we weren't disappointed. We specifically requested for the Punta Orange room 2 weeks before our trip, and the staff emailed back within a day to let us know that the room would be ready for us when we arrive. The hotel is at the edge of Station...

The room is big with an equally spacious bathroom, and we had a huge king-size bed. Breakfast was served freshly on the rooftop every morning and the view is amazing! The hotel is located at the beginning of Station 1; a lot of boats are docked nearby so it's easy to go sailing, island hopping or do other water activities....

What a nice little boutique hotel! We went for two nights during CNY 2012. It's location is all the way at the end of station 1, so it's pretty isolated. However, you can still walk down the beach to more happening spots in station 2 etc. The rate was very affordable, and included breakfast. They cooked it fresh every morning...
