We didn't get to stay in this hotel but our experience with the staff was really nice.. We changed plans the last minute to go directly to Panglao Island instead of spending the night here but the staff, especially those at the front desk willingly helped us find a hotel in Panglao & booked us a reservation. It's beyond their...

Me and my family stayed at the resort for 3 nights. We like the swimming pools the size is just enough to swim around and its always clean. The hotel staff are friendly and Helpful. One thing I don't like is the resorts restaurant which the food don't taste good.

Bohol Tropics is probably the nicest hotel in Tagbilaran City. It has a very tropical setting, sitting on the coast with a view of the bay looking out to the bridge which goes to Panglao island and it's beaches. The rooms are very nice, some with balconies over looking the pools and bay. The bottom pool is very nice and...

The hotel property is just 5-10 minutes away from Tagbilaran airport via hotel transfer. Wifi is pre-paid, not free. Not really a resort but more of a convention/banquet center that serves to small groups and family with events or just plain vanilla leisure. Good: -Variety of things to do as they have pools, restaurants, play ground for kids --- near...

My officemates and I stayed at Bohol Tropics Resort for 2 nights as part of our Cebu-Bohol trip. It was a huge resort in Tagbilaran City, very close to the port and airport. It was expensive for our taste, especially since we were always out doing adventure around Bohol that we didn't get to enjoy the place. There are 3...

If you're expecting total peace and relaxation with beaches and amazing views, this is not the best place in bohol for you. It does have a view of the sea but all you can see will be ferries, tankers and cargo ships because this is right beside the seaport. For me, this is not a resort, instead this is a...

We've stayed at Bohol Tropics several times over a number of years, but found the rooms quite run down on our most recent visit. They appear to be doing renovations at present so perhaps are addressing this. The best thing about this resort is the swimming pools, with our kids loving the large shallow kid's pool. The deeper pools are...

First - the good... The rooms are large and clean. The groundskeeping staff and housekeeping staff are lovely and kind. Our room had fewer bugs than we have encountered in five star hotels in Asia. It is close to the airport. The pools are fine. Now - the bad. Children stay free...unless you don't want them to sleep in your...

Got married at this hotel. Too bad they didn'nt mention being under construction! The gave us a free 'matrimonial' suite with twin beds 'free' for spending over 50,000.00 pisos Their service was sad and this hotel does'nt deserve its reputation. Try someplace else first.

My wife and i decided to celebrate our tieing the knot with family at the resort. Organised everything from Australia, everything from the wedding plannning, bands, cake, fireworks, and the accomodation. Very surprised to know the prompt and honest replys to what we wanted for the occation. The resort is clean and the service is second to none. We are...
