We stayed here 3 nights as part of our Island Hopping Tour, nice clean room, service was good and staff friendly and helpful. No WiFi in the rooms and not near water or a view. It's an inner city hotel in a walkable area but not close to any of the restaurants we went to, so we had to take...

My kids and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location. It is near everywhere because it's in the heart of the city. Walking distance to alot of restos like Balinsasayaw and other cafes. Room. Since we book early, we were able to request for a second room floor. It has a good view of hotels frontage. Room is spacious and...

This hotel is very warm & welcoming. The best staff, guests could ever have! From Eugene (the security/door man), to Elmer (the housekeeping floor supervisor), to the front desk staff &all the way to Zaldy (the hotel manager)...SUPERB SERVICE! They have yummy breakfast, especially recommend the longaniza & lamayo. We also enjoyed the location since its just a walk away...

We stayed 3 nights. The first morning we could not have the "Continental breakfast" (fresh fruit and toast) because they had NO FRUIT (IN THE PHILIPPINES?????). The second evening we had no hot water and were left without till the following day. I expect more from a hotel that charges £50+ in Puerto Princesa!!! Very friendly staff though!

Stayed here for one night as the airport was closed due to a fault with the runway lights. Was recommended this hotel by the airline staff and they arranged for a driver to pick me up. He was very friendly, as we're the other hotel staff, but the facilities were very dated and in need of a refurb. Right in...

Checked in this afternoon. When I called the front desk to see how to access Wifi I was told that it has been down for a week and won't be fixed for another 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the general manager who was supposed to arrive "later today". I've keep calling but they are still claiming that she...

The Hotel Fleuris is classed as one of the premier hotels in Puerto Princesa and charges £50+ ($75+) a night for standard room which is expensive when compared to other local hotels and the Philippines in general. For this you would expect the equivelant of a European 3 star hotel... which sadly it is not. Hotel is clean and staff...

Stayed at Hotel Fleuris for 3 nights...no complaints! The hotel has a good location, staff were very helpful and warm to the guests, room was spacious and clean, food was very good. WiFi was available in the common areas. If only there is WiFi in the rooms, it would have been perfect!
