It seems that since this accommodation is mentioned in the Lonely Planet they did not do anything to keep the level as described in the travel guide. It is ok for a night. The staff is not really helpful, the breakfast is not good and it is also not perfectly clean. The free shuttle to the airport and into town...

Room was spacious and very clean. Nice shower pressure. Staff was superb and very helpful. My husband and I missed our flight from Manila, so we had to go with a later flight, about 2 hours difference. I emailed Palo Alto about our dilemma, they still picked us up from the airport with a special trip. Also was able to...

We went to Puerto Princesa from February 6 to 13, family of 7 and stayed here at Palo Alto Bed and Breakfast. I've been to El Nido and Coron but never PP, that's why I wanted PP this time. PABB is located in the city itself but 1 mile away from the freeway. So, it has a provincial ambience which...

We only stayed here one night but it was fantastic. The location is beautiful and very relaxing. The suite was great and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was more the traditional Filipino style. Would recommend a stay here!

We stayed for 2 nights whilst passing through Puerto Princesa for the underground river tour. The staff were lovely and very helpful - they booked our tour for us as well as providing free airport shuttles and a shuttle to downtown where the restaurants were. The room was very clean, good air con and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel...

My family and I was very disappointed at first for we waited almost an hour for our pick up. when we reach the place it was such a relaxing feeling to find a treasure around the city. We were in a separate room and decided to stay in one room instead. A better choice by the pool a loft room...

We stayed at this place one night just after arriving on Palawan. The staff organized our pick up from the airport, a great seafood restaurant for dinner and the underground cave tour on the previous day. All was very well organized. The rooms are rather basic but totally sufficient. the pool is nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has very good thematics. The rooms are modern, well kept, and clean. Staff are very accommodating. Food is delicious and fresh. Although it is far from the other tourists attractions so it takes some itinerary planning.

Have had the most wonderful experience at Palo Alto. Delicious breakfasts and the front desk lady, Angel, was an absolute star. Helped book trips, van transfer to El Nido, restaurants etc - made our time unforgettable. Great rooms, facilities and people. Could not recommend it more!
