Come here for a relaxing, convenient and reasonable vacation. I enjoyed the large swimming pool, excellent food and much more. This resort is not large but is very friendly and includes a full bar, spa, and views across the bay to the main port. This is the perfect place to escape the city crowds and fine a quiet, peaceful resort....

I'm based in New York, NY and for years, an avid traveler domestically and internationally but his is the 1st time I write something about a place. Marina de Bay in Palawan is spectacular and extra ordinary place, not just a normal resort hotel. The staff are very nice, courteous especially the Asst, Manager Mr. Bhong who is very attentive...

Place offers serenity since its away from town proper but dont worry cause they offer free transfers to/from town at night, right when youre done with your day activities. Opt to get a room from the new building, its better. The room we had did not hav cable, but hot water is reliable. Staff is fun and very accomodating, they...

7 of us in our group, we were upgraded to brand new rooms and were the first gusts to stay in them. The tour package is great value, excellent guides. Bong, a staff member will escort you on the Island Hopping and the City Tour, he has a great sense of humour and a really nice guy. The Underground River...

View is beautiful at night, with the help of the few lights. There must be more illumination though, to make guests feel more secured. This place is a bit far from the city proper. The receptionist did not inform us of the shuttle service pick up time, thus we were asked to pay 700php for a shuttle service going to downtown, and...

Mediocre experience staying here but good value and good base to explore Underground River and Honda Bay tours. We stayed in the Queen room which was a good size and they put my parents in the next room which was good. The rooms were not sparkling however and I did not want to hang my clothes in the wardrobe as it...

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights during the week in the middle of July. It has all the things I look for: amazing views, comfortable lodging. But the huge bonus was the staff, who pampered us and went out of their way to cater to our needs. Despite the rain, they were able to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Marina de Bay is a private getaway resort situated just twenty minutes away from the airport. On that way from the airport, you will already see a breath-taking view of the Puerto Princesa bay and the mountain ranges. It is also at Marina de Bay where the private yachts and boats can be viewed docked at front. During the night, the ambiance becomes even more spectacular with the vast view of the stars in the sky and with the dainty lights of the city screaming in from across the waters. Marina de Bay is not like any usual hotel building simply built in the city, it encapsulates the natural wonders of Puerto Princesa - a hidden paradise. ... more   less
