Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The location and the room itself is great and so is the family, but the street, the tour desk which is right enclosed to room 1 (which I stayed in) and the family that gathered around the lobby a lot, made the place too noisy for me. I also had to ask to get a towel and toilet paper as there was none in the room. However, one time they did forward me important news from my freedive instructor when I got back to the Inn. Again, the familiy is really lovely, but if you want it quiet then I would not recommend this place.

The Inn is in a great location! right in front of the beach (where most, if not all tours depart for island hopping). The room itself is not bad for just 1 night, I couldn't imagine staying any more than that since it is very small, there is regular power outages (which i hear is normal in El Nido) and the breakfast was not overly impressive. Rooms have aircon but because of the power outages, it's hard to stay cool. Check out the surroundings, there are plenty of beach bars/restaurants
The caretaker was extremely helpful with choosing tours! Do a combination of tours as it's only an extra 400p to do an extra 5 islands! I did Tour A and C. Jhanna's Inn boats are very big and provide a very yummy lunch!! The tour guides were my highlight of this whole El Nido trip, they were extremely funny and took amazing photos for us and did their jobs very well!! We were a group of 14 people so we were able to have a private tour, but if your in a smaller group you will be put with others.
This place has wifi but only in the lobby area, be sure to ask for the password though as im pretty sure wifi was not included in price but they are willing to give it anyway.

I recently travelled to El Nido few days ago and I used a travel agency called E-Philippines to book my itinerary w/c the travel agency was able to get me a good package deal from my accommodation ,tour and van transfer to and from.Having said all that everything went well from the time of arrival.Then the downside came along the next day .According to the voucher that was given to me ,we will be picked up by the tour agency in our hotel by 9 am ,so me as a very prompt and timely mannered person ,we were already up by six ,had breakfast by 7 and we were ready by 8 and we were just waiting for the time and for us to be pick up for the tour.Lo and behold it’s been 9:30 and some of the boats already left for the island hopping but we were still waiting and no calls from the agency ,when we asked the boat tours people we were told we are not on their list so I seemed help from the hotel management to help us find the agency responsible to pick us up ,by 9:55 am the manager from the hotel was able to find the agency and we were told that no one knew about us then finally they said they will pick us up,this time I was so furious that the arrangement was not properly coordinated by the travel agency and the tour owner it’s called Johanna’s tour started blaming the tour guide instead of taking responsibility of the disaster.She kept on apologizing to me and even waived the 200 pesos environmentally fee from w/c I couldn’t careless.The tour was delayed and 12 other people got stuck in the boat for 1 whole hour because of the agency’s irresponsibility to coordinate their tours with travel agency,they have no process to do their things it’s come what may,I will not recommend this tour agency in any given time to all the travelers and to be fair the boat crew was the one’s who did a very excellent service recovery.They were so scared that I’m going to report them and they are scared to lose their job but I assured them it was not their fault but their agency or the person who is responsible coordinating the tour.Yet the boat crew did a very excellent job doing what they do and went beyond my expectations in regards of service recovery,they did a fantastic job of giving their customer a 💯 satisfaction and that credit only goes to those boat crew from Jhanna’s tour .

We got moved to this beach front hotel due to overbooking in our hotel. The case itself was a nightmare and staying in one this hotel's closet-look-a-like rooms did not help the situation. The worst thing happened however during the night when the walls started to make loud and uncomfortable noice time after time so that we could not sleep at all. At morning the lady in the reception said with a lazy voice that there are rats in the walls.
+ no hot shower, no breakfast and no working wifi

Recently visited El Nido and did a tour with Jhanna's. An incredible experience made even better by the great staff. Jomar was a great guide. Water shoes are a must for the tour! Buy your own or rent from somewhere, but don't wear sandals!

We were online booked to this hotel and we are 4 in the family. We were placed in a room good for two and were provided matresses which are not even comfortable. The aircon cannot even accommodate us in the room - it was hot and the aircon keeps on being shut down (I am not sure if this is intentional or not). They cannot even confirm what happened why we were placed in that room. The agency confirmed they booked us in the room for 4 people ONLINE but I guess they cannot even manage their bookings properly. Worse, we were set the expectation we will be moved to another room but it did not happen. Although their organized tours were okay, this place is surely horrible. Needs major improvement.

Great room, great price, great tour guides, great location...ate was so helpful, very hands on. less money, great experienced! When i'll get a chance to get back to El Nido, i'll be staying here again...thumbs up! 👍
