If you are looking for a beach front hotel then you must book this one, but then the room is not that good, the comfort room is a bit smelly, we asked for another room but then all is fully booked, i dont know if all their rooms have this same situation,.but then the good side they have a free...

Arrived at 11pm after a 5-hour drive from Puerto Princesca only to be shown into a dim and dirty room. Ants crawling everywhere even in the shower and beds. Bedsheets had many stains. Couldn't sleep well before the island hopping tour as we heard knocking on the door only to find the corridor empty. Nightmares of two people jumping on...

The only good thing I have to say about this place was the location was ok and we had an ocean view room and the wifi worked. This hotel is old, rundown, dirty with a horrible moldy bathroom. The staff had no idea what they were doing and or saying. They told us that they had there own Private shuttle...

I stayed here for 2 nights I believe around April 2015. I was staying at Rico's Cottages which I liked but since El Nido didn't really have an ATM, I was running low on cash. This place accepts credit cards but they charge a fee. I'm not sure how much it was but I think around 6 to 10%? Anyway,...

Stayed here throughout the 4 nights here at El Nido with my family (parents and 3 siblings). We booked a deluxe room for my parents and a deluxe family room for the 4 of us. However the family room was too tiny for the 4 of us (basically a deluxe room with extra beds) so we decided to split into...

Our relatives made the reservation in this hotel. I was expecting of a clean but cozy budget hotel yet I was disappointed. I was looking forward to sleep and rest in a clean and cozy room after a long land trip from Puerto Princesa. Ugh, I have to say, I wasn't able to sleep in 3 nights that I've stayed...

Truly the WORSE hotel that we have ever stayed at. Upon check in (and after such a long commute from Puerto Princesa!) we had to wait such a long time for the front desk to let us into our room. We had all the documents that we needed to prove that we had booked with a travel agent but because...

When we stayed at this hotel they were busy renovating it, which can be a reason why we didn't really liked it. The rooms were new but they still seemed old somehow. The wifi only worked at the reception but it is like that everywhere in El Nido. The bed was hard and the bathroom a bit dirty. But it...

My partner and I travelled to el nido to see the amazing islands beaches and mountains rising out of the philippine sea. we stayed here and could not believe how fantastic the view. we booked the jacuzzi room which has a jacuzzi on the private balcony over looking the islands. The water pressure is low so takes a while to...

Funny enough this place is now known as Rainforrest beach hotel. I guess they got enough BAD reviews so they decided to change name rather than improve on... Everything! Service is bad. Staff selling trips to gain commissions Rooms are cold and not clean - your champermaids don't bother to fix anything you ask for. Food is below average. And...
