We have been in this hotel for 3 nights paying around 40€ for a double room. The hotel is nice. For sure the lobby, restaurant and swimming pool are the strong positive aspects of this hotel. Rooms are ok but I honestly the bathroom is way worst than the rest. Clean but very basic with an old bathtub and toilet....

After look around about six hotels in Jl Dagen, my choice fell on this hotel. It's quite nice and clean. (+) Clean. (+) Location; close to Malioboro. (+) Nice garden and swimming pool. (+) They have a big musholla. (-) Quite expensive. (-) We can't find a trashbin inside the room. (-) The fried rice they served as breakfast doesn't...

Stayed there for 2 nights, Malioboro was near by, nothing special with this hotel. Cleanliness was so-so. I could hear everything that happened outside my room. It was just Ok for short stay. Best thing about this hotel was their friendliness. Price was high for such place.

Massively overpriced. This "hotel" is about the standard of a 450 baht gueshouse in Thailand. I made a list of the problems and the manager did listen and take note, she did give me a 15% reduction in the bill but this didnt really compensate for a bad experience. Amongst other things there is no wifi in the rooms, staff...

Since many years I regularly visit Yogya - and Hotel Peti Mas. I like the friendly staff and the well looked after garden and the close location to Jl. Malioboro and I always book an A/C room. Not so pleasant are the extreme loud calls for praying from the loudspeakers of the mosque next door. Unfortunately one major complaint I...

This is a cosy hotel with a great garden, including a caged bird collections. It is a short walk from the bus stop, and the Tugu train station. The staffs are very friendly and polite and the hotel serves afernoon tea and snack as a complimentary service. This is a great break especially when the hotel is used as a...

Third time to stay here. Gardens beautiful and immaculate with many orchids and bonsai. Adequate breakfasts - you are asked the evening before what you would like. Mosque right next door with rather loud early prayer call, but not an issue as all part of the atmosphere. WiFi signal a bit patchy and slow, but it is free. Usually need...

I stayed here with my friends/colleagues on a recent leisure trip (what else do you expect in Yogyakarta! :) ). I had seen this place more than a decade back, on one of my earlier trips to the city and left with a generally positive impression. We chose this place primarily because of its price and location. It is bang...

“- The rooms are small and basic but clean and air conditioned. The ground floor rooms are nicer/preferable and look into a central courtyard. - The hotel has a few rooms with three beds (and we were three of us!) so it worked out great. We got it for almost the same price as a double occupancy room. You have to remember to ask for a discount!”
