Dear Felice1109, Thank you for your sharing your review. I was most concerned to read of your experience and please accept my sincere apologies if our services did not meet your expectation. To shed some more light onto the matter at hand, the safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance and as such, we will not hand out room keys to someone not registered to that room. When you first approached Reception, it was politely explained to you that access would only be granted if the request had been verified by the registered occupant, as is the common practice in hotels. The colleague assisting you attempted to call the mobile number in our system of the registered occupant to verify your request, however was not successful getting through. It was at this point that you left to go downstairs and retrieve the ID of the person under whose name the room was registered. When you returned with the required ID, access was granted by my staff. After retrieving the items from the room and coming back to the lobby, I’m sure that you would agree that shouting aggressively in the lobby, informing us that you will write bad reviews of the hotel and then subsequently throwing your guestroom keycards at my colleague because they would not give you access to a room that you were not registered in, is not an acceptable practice. It is worth noting that there were several other guests who were part of the same group as you that seemed to have no trouble accepting this procedure. We also made a point of highlighting this incident to the organisers of your group. Whilst I appreciate this experience has left you with a negative impression of our hotel, I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to change this. Not for free. When I was there they charged INR 852.500 for a MB E250 per way.

All western guests are welcome in this safe hotel and no problems about religions at all . This hotel has a very nice big swimming pool and I am sure you will like it . You can ask the hotel for blue bird taxi car and also for private car .Don't miss the biggest mall in the southest asia (Grand Indonesia) which is only 5-10 minutes from there hotel . Have a nice and safe trip :)
