A few mins walk from Prince Edward MTR station exits D and E. A few restaurants are nearby, and you can cross the street for a 7/11. Room is small, but for a solo traveler just looking for a place to stay its more than enough. Clean room and coreous staff. A glass partition divides the bed and bathroom.

Room was so small that even 2 standing person cannot move. Most especially the bathroom, you cannot even turn around without hitting any part of your body on the sink, wall or toilet. It's like you are living in a cage!!! There are couple of hotel receptionists but not approachable enough. Its like every request you make there's a fee/charge...

For the money it is brilliant. Exactly what you need, nice beds, shower, tv. Toothbrushes were provided everyday. Staff were friendly when checking in and out. In a good part of town, near a Metro station but not too busy. Would definitely stay here again. Kowloon seemed less 'touristy' and was a nice location.

Only Positive , Great Location next to metro , shops restaurant bars and markets. Negatives; Front door had no reception or security which meant anybody could walk to the elevator to any floor to any room! Hotel was run down, ceilings hanging off, walls were all marked and dirty and the building was smelling of smoke and sewage. room was...

Like many other posts comment, the rooms are quite tiny. We had two rooms for 4 of us, one with two twins, there was less than a foot between the beds, and one with a full bed. Not much space at all to put any luggage. Sheets were nice and room was clean. Hotel is a bit run down, but...

+Location - very close to Metro Station, bus to Kowloon Centre and Airport just behind the building. +Price - one of the cheapest in the area. +Bed was quite comfortable. +Free chinese socket - Very small room (but it's normal for HongKong) - strong smell chlorine, but it means that they did cleaning)))) - only one socket in room

The room was ridiculously small. Like 10 paces small. As other reviewers have described, there's barely room to walk, and the bathroom is enclosed in glass with only a frosted glass sticker to give you privacy. The shower head in our room was nearly disconnected from the hose so the water sprayed where it was torn so that was fun....

The reviews are not that good but surprisingly is not a terrible hotel at all. At first, we didn't notice that the said building was the hotel itself already because there isn't much signage and there is no typical grandiose lobby that can be noticed rather their check-in counter was on the 3rd floor. Room is indeed small but there...

This Hotel 36 must hold the world record for the smallest hotel room in the world. The only good points about this hotel is the proximity to the MTR and good water supply. Rooms are too small. You can barely move inside the bathroom with glass enclosure. The corridors are narrow, dark, dirty and smelly. No breakfast is provided. Even...
