Detailed Reviews

We are a young family of 4 with a 4.5yo and an almost 2yo. Stayed here for the pool and relatively large 2 bedroom apartment style rooms over a weekend Fri-Sun.
Took the Central-Hung Hom ferry which lands about 600m from the hotel. A 10min walk along the promenade and you are there. Arrived with no queue and simple checkin. Had booked a cityview Quad Suite but was upgraded to a harbourview which was a welconed touch. Rooms are dated but overall clean and tidy. Beds are very firm. note, cots are only available for 9 month olds and under so if you are planning to bring toddlers you need to BYO travel cot. also the floors are hard tiles so I used a cushion from the couch under my pop up travel cot as it lays directly on the floor.
Continental breakfast was small but adequqte. The breakfaat staff failed to point out tea and coffee and pastries more food were outside the main dining area which was a bit odd so we missed it the first morning but luckily discovered it the next morning.
Pooltime was our main objective and we were not disappointed. It is part of a clubhouse so you need to bring your hotel bath towels down with you. Large resort style pool can handle up to 216ppl under current quarantine regulation. no booking or queuing and stay as long as you want which was a big plus!
With sunny and shady spots, deep parts and warmer shallower ledges and water jets for the little ones to splash around safely. Something for everyone and is now easily my favourite hotel pool.
We didnt seem to have our room serviced so had to ring up to have our towels changed but they were fairly prompt about it. They brought extra water, tissues and loo paper as well.
Food options are limited in the immediate area but within 10min walk you will find Whampoa Gardens and of course you can take the free shuttle to TST if you wish. We walked or taxied to places. We had two amazing meals just by wandering around. Amber's Table and The Northen Kitchen are a little more expensive than what we usually eat at but were really tasty, friendly and well worth it.
Overall a great stay!

Would stay here again for sure. The staff were 100% fantastic, could not help more if they tried. The cafe food is also completely fine we did breakfast twice and dinner a couple of times as well. Happy hour in the bar was also great and value for money. We prefer to not stay in TST so really like the locality of Hung Hom and the shopping centre in Hung Hom especially Aeon in the boat ! The MTR station at Hung Hom is also very good. Good station with plenty of restaurants, McDonald’s, grocery store and money changer, not to mention busy train lines which can connect to most everywhere. As a challenge we got our 16 year old to work out our routes….. he did it easy…
Anyway now for the bad, and there aren’t many because I already stated we would stay here again, but, but but please, if we are staying in a two bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities, we need to be offered cutlery, plates, toaster, and other utensils. The kitchen was bare if you wanted to make breakfast or dinner. The apartments needs the basics. But we can even forgive this…. However what we couldn’t forgive was the beds. The beds were like sleeping on pallets on top of a slab of concrete…… I slept on the couch because I couldn’t sleep on the beds they were so hard.
We can deal with the lack of utensils, you can allow for that…….but those beds were so bad that we can only give four stars which is actually disappointing because the staff were so good and we feel the location is also pretty good.

Location is good because it is a short walk to Whampoa where there are lots of restaurants and superstores. Though finding the way to the hotel from Hung Hom station is a bit tricky. City view room is not that bad because you can take pictures with a view of buildings with lightings. We booked a suite which has a living room with a cooking area, TV, tea table, couch, dining table, and we have two bedrooms. It is very convenient for playing board games. The only thing was that the interior design is quite basic, e.g. no carpet and only have bathtub for shower in bathroom, but room is clean and bed is comfy. It may not be the best choice for luxury holidays but is definitely a good choice for business trips because it is more like a service apartment.

One bedroom had a queen size bed and the room was so narrow that it only left about 30cm either side for you to get into bed. Not even wide enough for a bedside table. Looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom wasn’t well presented (see attached photos). Even though they knew there were 4 of us in the suite, each night we were only given 3 sets of towels, even after we asked for an extra towel. Security staff at front of the hotel weren’t friendly. Breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Did not meet the expections. We had booked a 2 bedroom cityview suite for the second leg of our HK holiday. Upon arrival we knew this wasn't for us. On opening the door, we both had a gut feeling that something was wrong and this wasnt like the pictures. To start the lounge had no back cushion or throw pillows, we had to use the pillows from the second bedroom. The keycard insert that normally allows the power to go on had a piece of paper shoved in there. The coffee table was dirty and had a suspicious substance around the ledge underneath. The second bedroom was a singe bed. The windows weren't cleaned and there was dirt on the walls. In the bathroom it is a shower bath arrangement. The complementary toiletries were opened with items missing out of them, and there were hairs left in the sink. The kitchen had only cups and glasses, no dishes or cutlery for use. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and stayed the night. The fire alarm went off in the morning, but there was no announcement about it, we had to go to reception to find out it was a false alarm. We left then, went to another hotel and booked for the remainder of our stay. Came back and packed up our belongings and handed the key back. I would say do your research before booking here. It gave the feel of a place that rented the rooms by the hour.

Don’t even bother to stay in this property, I’m currently staying here and as soon as I checked in the air conditioner was already leaking, water is literally dripping and getting spilled all over the table , I took it to their social media account , they were reading my messages and weren’t replying. Then they sent me a preset message of apologies and taken as a feedback. I asked them for a simple change of the room whether here or their other property but requested a better room but all they did was refused. Offering a late check out for this doesn’t rectify the water logging. They aren’t bothered about customer satisfaction. Once you pay you’ll be stuck so my suggestion look for another property, this one is for sure not worth your hard earned money. I’m staying with my family and trust me you’ll spoil your money as well as holiday. Now I know and understand why it already has such low rating on every platform. I should have taken a lesson from everyone’s experience.

I regret booking this hotel. The service was terrible from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
The room itself was disgusting. Everything was old and beat up, nothing like the deceiving photos on the hotel website. The bathroom was absolutely filthy—the shower was covered in grime, and the entire space had a strong, nauseating odor that made it unbearable to use.
To make things worse, I chose not to have my room cleaned, and instead of respecting my choice, the hotel left a rude, passive-aggressive notice at my door. Unbelievable.
This was a horrible stay. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Positioned as a service apartment but it is an apartment with no service . We had booked a two room apartment and found that it was a 1.5 br apartment with one toilet. They did not even keep tissue papers in the apartment . The Wi-Fi worked only in the room and not even in common lobby area. The bf was ok and basic. They did have a shuttle to the centre of the city and a shop on site which did not have many basic items should you want to use the facility of the service apartment. The utensils and Crockery was insufficient. The swimming pool was large and good as it was shared by the complex of three towers.

This service apartment style hotel provides you with a spacious and relatively clean room with a decent view of Victoria harbour (if you get a seaview room on a high floor).
Location:
The hotel sits along the harbour on Kowloon side and isn't the most convenient for travellers that like to be close to the MTR (the HK metro system, which is the most efficient, sufficient and straight forward transportation around HK). However, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you right into the center of Tsim Sha Tsui (a main district for shopping, eating and starting off any adventures). On the plus side, there is a harbour promenade just minutes away.
Accommodation:
The room itself is very spacious and well worth the price. The bathroom, bedrooms and linen were clean and satisfactory.
Conclusion:
Overall, it you want a very spacious and relatively clean room in a quiet area and don't mind a little distance from the bustling districts of HK, then this is the place for you.

We travelled as a family of 12 and had 3 rooms but the hotel website pictures look nothing like the rooms we stayed in. We arrived close to 6pm and only 1 of 3 rooms was ready. The rooms are well worn, poorly stocked with amenities - ie: we had nothing in the bathroom except for towels and if you wanted soap you had to get it from inside the shower from the dispenser soap bottle. Beds were fine. Location on the harbour was fabulous. Breakfast was horrible. Would not recommend.

Hello. I cant actually remember. But I think they just held a nights payment as security. Nothing extra was charged to my c/c apart from the room and breakfasts.
From my experience in staying in this hotel::
1. There are 1 aircon unit in each room and 1 unit in the living area. Although I stayed in November, the Weather was not that cold, thus we turn on the aircon and never ventured to find out the units can be use as Heaters.
2. It takes about 15mins by bus from TST to the Hotel. I did not take any Taxi from TST to the Hotel before thus no idea on the fares. Judging according to the distance and traffic conditions, its could be anything under HKD100.
Hope my info helps.
Hi, Not sure my answers can really help you, but here we go:
1. Take MTR to Hong Hom Station and walk for 10 minutes, or get an Uber can be easier.
2. The HK taxi are red-color and pretty easy to find, simply raise your hand for the incoming one.
