Hotel packed with chinrse tour groups. Very few Western people stay there. Room spacious but harbour view partially obstructed due to new buildings. No plug for hair dryer in bathroom so had to use ipad as mirror. Aircon not working well. Mattress very hard. The reason i booked the hotel was the pool. On the website it was so greatly...

we got shocked when we received the room card, we got 61st floor bedroom! (we never stay at hotels that have more than 30 floor) getting panic when the elevator run upside so fast, and suddenly stop at transit floor then we have to transfer to other level elevator.. when we enter the room and see outside the window, we...

Despite the far distance from HK island, this place will be great for larger groups or families with young children. We were lucky to get upgraded to the Executive room. Room was bigger than a regular house in HK (I used to stay in HK for 3 years). Don't expect much of the quality of amenities (not international brands). You...

I would avoid this hotel if you have Chinese tour group phobia. There was two large tour groups with more than 200 people checking in at 8pm, when we arrived. The reception staff was overworked and are not super polite to the guests. However, the housekeepers are very nice and accommodating. Location is great because the bus A31 to airport...

Stayed on the 72nd floor on a conducted tour of China, absolutely surprised and delighted with the room and views. Breakfast buffet excellent, good choice both Asian & western. Stayed 2nights, won't forget this stay!

Checked in & got a free upgrade to a harbour view room, which was great. But then when we got into the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke smell. Was in a rush to go out & called housekeeping to help. Went back late at night & could smell a bit of air freshener that the housekeeping used. Unfortunately, woke...

I stayed here at the end of March as the first stop on a tour around China and Hong Kong. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English which was helpful as my Cantonese is quite limited. The lobby is very busy but I was served very quickly and they allowed me to leave my luggage until the room was...

Located 5-10 minutes walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station. Covered footbridge linkage to major shopping malls. Nice sea view for high floor rooms. Clean and comfy rooms, although the design of the shower room was a bit weird that the shower cubicle was only separated from the room by a totally transparent glass wall and the paper thin shower...
