I stayed at family room for 2 nights and what I found really comfortable is its separated toilet and shower room -- which is rare to find in budget hotels in HK. Location is also very convenient; just 2 min. walk from MTR Jordan, surrounded by money changers, malls and near to night market, 24 hours food and local activities...

The hotel's location was a big plus as it's just a really short walk from the Jordan train station. When you get down from the hotel, there are restaurants everywhere and a nearby 7-11 convenience stores. Taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel. Good thing I bought a 7-day unli data sim card that I can easily access Waze...

the location is excellent very near to important place in tst, very near mtr, resto, stores. The front desk staff are nice and willing to help, clean and decent place to stay. The negative thing we noticed was the spilled ice cream along the stairs, when we left the hotel around 10 am it was there when we came back...

By HK standards the rooms were pretty spacious. It's good value for money and the rooms are kept clean daily. It's also a plus that it is very near an MTR station (Jordan Exit D), shopping malls, harbour city, china ferry terminal and the famed foodie street hillwood centre.

The rooms are clean and reasonable size of the room compared to HK standard. Beds are comfortable. Given enough pillows to make ourselves comfortable. We stayed at the corner room and wifi is a bit weak, cannot get wifi from the bed sometimes and had to go near the door. I would say we received bare minimum service from the...

No elevator to Lobby.Had to carried two large heavy suitcase up one large flight of stair. Staffs saw people struggling, they just sat there. When elevator was found, they did not tell us the elevator ONLY goes up to the hotel room and NOT from/to street level. When arrived in Lobby, NO greeting from staff, completely IGNORED. Hallway is SCARY,...

Location of the hotel was excellent and all bus and MTR are near the place. McDonald is just below it and its open 24/7 I think. The hotel staff are not that hospitable. they don't even smile or greet you when you arrive at the lobby. The housekeeping was excellent and the bathrooms were spacious though the room was not...

The hotel located on convenience position (near Jordan station 2 mins). We stayed for 5 nights (2 room) in standard twin room on 7th floor with window and honeymoon room that is more narrower and without window. So, I recommend standard twin room. They have private bathroom with nice water heater shower. Overall is clean. Staff can communicate with English....
